We have had tiny ants get into the kitchen area about the sink over the years. The tech and I agreed where the repellent be of the most and he applied it to that area.

Nathan was professional and efficient in his inspection. We had one additional issue that he took care of after completing the planned activity. I appreciate his consideration about calling with an eta so we can be ready for the visit. He took time to answer our questions about the new issue and offered a couple of options.

I have used this company for a few years. We used to have seasonal pests find their way into our home - but not anymore. They have always been incredibly helpful and offered advice when asked. You can even have them come back to address an issue between your regularly scheduled visits - for free! Nathan has been amazing! Not only is he very nice and respectful, but he is also incredibly thoughtful. He asks and takes special care if you have children or pets. He lets you know exactly what he’ll be doing and areas to avoid for a certain time while they dry. I would highly recommend Southern Pest Solutions and Nathan!

I have used this company when it was Triangle Wildlife. I had great service. Now this company is Southern Pest Control. I have had some issues with this company. They come every quarter. I have never ask them to come back but one time. When I did they told me they would let me know. They never did. They waited until my next time. They told me if they gave me any sticky paper to go under my refrigerator or stove or dishwasher to trap roaches or bugs they would charge me for each paper. I guess they want to come back several times instead of giving the paper. I am really not happy with them. I do love Nathan. He is very thorough and he is so nice. He definitely gets the job done.

They can do an annual termite inspsection if requested. This is something I do not think about, and I appreciate being reminded that it is a necessary service.

Rude and not professional at all and provided horrible service. What we experienced doesn't come close to the reviews we read. They must be under new management or they're fake reviews. I would without a doubt search for another company. Not worth what we went through. Full stop. We've moved on from this.

They answer the phone. Huge! They re professional. They show up on time

This company is horrible. Do not use them. Their accounting office is a mess. They take your check then bill you again for the same service over and over. Their invoice system is a disaster and they hound you for bills you already paid. They frequently miss scheduled appointments and then offer to make it up months later with additional “service” later. Not professional. They don’t have their act together since their name changed. Don’t waste your time or money with these clowns.

We keep having the same problems with roaches and everytime Southern Pest Solutions comes to.our house they do the same cursory blow spraying which does not stop the roaches...their solution does not work...
