Have worked with Richard and for a few seasons now. They are always timely and responsive. The Techs are great and always check if I'm having specific issues to make sure they full address any problem areas as needed. They also will come out to address issues between treatments if they arise, as waiting too long with mosquitos means you'll always be behind and never get caught up. Would absolutely recommend working with them, as I will continue to do going forward.

After seeing an ad for a mosquito treatment, I purchased 1 treatment to see how it would go. AFTER purchasing, but BEFORE even getting the treatment completed, I was told by the company that 1 treatment likely wouldn't do a lot, and they tried selling me a package of treatments that was over $400! I declined and asked for a refund, but there's a no refund policy... So they came out and performed the treatment, and yea - basically seems to have done nothing more or less. This is the definition of a scam. Don't waste your money!! EDIT: Reached out to owner the other day, (and again today), but haven't heard back yet.

EDIT to Clients Edit: I am not sure why he keeps changing his review? I am guessing to make things look bad in response to our reply. We did respond multiple times, and explained to him clearly multiple times that 1 service is not a guarantee. We would have come out as a courtesy and resprayed but he waited weeks before reaching out to us via email and that he was going to leave us a bad review. We cannot explain things any clearer on how the service works. We are obviously are not scamming anyone as we have been in business for many years, as you can see by the reviews from other customers.<br>Hi Kyle,<br><br>Thank you for your feedback. AS STATED in the Groupon listing and in our communication BEFORE your appointment, this trial service is NOT GUARANTEED to eliminate mosquito activity long term. It’s designed to give new customers a feel for our service. Consistent, effective mosquito control requires treatment every three weeks, which is why we recommend our full service plan.<br><br>We were not contacted after your treatment regarding any ongoing issues. We always encourage customers — even those using a Groupon — to reach out promptly if they're not satisfied, so we have the opportunity to help. Also, you did NOT REQUEST A REFUND from us. If you had asked, we would have explained that Groupon handles all refunds directly, and they typically honor refund requests when contacted promptly. Waiting 14 days and then leaving a public review without giving us that chance doesn’t reflect the way we handle service concerns.<br><br>Regarding pricing, we do not offer any residential mosquito control packages over $700!! This is false misrepresentation of Skeeter B Gone and considered libel as you wrote it on a public forum for our business. We simply informed you of available options for ongoing service — no pressure was applied.<br><br>We’re proud to be honest, responsive, and transparent with all our customers as you can see with our numerous 5 star reviews of other happy clients. Our technician Joe is courteous, professional and takes great care to do a thorough job. We have been happy with the results and with his service. Pleasant guy to talk with. Same goes for the owner Richard. He takes the time to explain things clearly and answers all of my questions. We live in a multi unit townhouse and even though they just treat our end of the building, it works very nicely--we can enjoy our patio in the evenings and not be eaten alive!
