I just wanted to give a quick shout-out to these guys! My apartment complex uses Killo. Saw one roach in my apartment for the first time in a few months. Talked to my apartment complex and they passed my phone number along to Killo - I received a call from them within the business day from a friendly and helpful woman. She even explained to me their current protocol for my apartment complex in the age of COVID. She scheduled someone to come out early the next morning! An older gentleman came to my apartment this morning, (wearing a mask and gloves - great COVID preparedness) and listened to all my concerns, and sprayed the inside of my apartment. He also answered all my questions about how to prevent any further bugs, and gave me some great advice. He was professional, personable and put my mind at ease! Thanks Killo!

I have NO STARS to give to this company. Services and response time has been HORRIBLE. It appears that there are only two people answering the phone and most times I've called NOONE answers the phone or return emails. This is HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Killo is open for business in a new location as of July 2017. The phone number is correct. I have used this company for over 20 years and am pleased with their service, cost, and results.
