UPDATE: regretfully, pretty much anything positive from my old review no longer holds true. Recurring visits are less effective and lazily done (I have a recent visit where the tech spent less than 15 min on my property), and I'm unable to get any visits to my property sooner than 3-5 days out. Used to be good. Last Tech was a woman, and we found out our account has been canceled after her visit. Something about inappropriate comments? No comments were made by us, however, she showed off her figure by pulling her shirt tight and kind of posing after we commented on doing a good job. We were a client for 10 years and now feel violated by this woman. No possibility to respond, just canceled our account. I guess good riddance to bad rubbish.

We are very pleased with this service. We had mice and they did initial inspection and evaluation identifying source of problem. Their exterminator Bob came and set traps for mice plus pellets to repel and sprayed garage for roaches. 2 weeks later he came by and checked the traps and repellent. We’ve not seen any more evidence of mice. Bob was very easy to work with and a real professional. Highly recommend this company and Bob.
