Gage was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They just show up to your house unannounced to do a service, then can’t get into the house because no one is there. They leave your yard looking like crap with the bait stations. Stay away from these guys. I didn’t renew this years service and they want to charge me still for the half visit they performed.

Chris Earley did great today with my routine pest and termite services. He took his time with the interior and exterior making sure he covered everything.

Left them great reviews for many years but when it came time to sell our home and move to another city, Clark’s would not refund us the UNUSED portion of our service agreement. I will never use them again!

Very much predatory pest control company that get shady salesman to go door to door and lie about a service they cant do. Lock you into a contract without being able to cancel unless you pay in full to do so which is crazy because why would I pay for a service that I dont need nor will I get because I already had a pest control service. Dont trust them they are shady

I had recently got a quote from Clarke's Pest control and they sent me a contract to sign .I had a couple of questions to ask and started calling them at 9:12am and at 10:28 am and at 12:56pm.l was answered by a automated receptionist telling me to press the star button to leave a message. I have yet to receive a call back. when you have one caller til your turn and no one calls you back ,something is wrong. I'm going to keep calling so that I can my order.

TERRIBLE customer service. I've been with Clark's for 4 going on 5 years and come time for my renewal they move me to Sentricon for an INCREASED renewal cost AND a $375 installation fee. NO ONE EVER communicated that about a dozen green 5 inch circular stakes would be placed throughout my yard and walking path. They REFUSED TO REFUND OR CREDIT ME, only offered to send someone out to "do a better job" of installing the bait stations then offered me the same renewal price for a infestation bond - same price as treatment + infestation bond - I already had. If I wasn't trapped into their service and FORCED to eat a $375 dollar installation cost, I would move my service. Upper management DID NOTHING to address my concerns. I should also note I had at least a 15 minute conversation with the Sales Rep discussing the Sentricon installation and AT NO TIME did she disclose the implications of having it installed and the eye sore it creates to the homeowner landscape. DO BETTER CLARKS! June 2025 - Clark's providing exceptional customer service again.... NOT. Pest Control came and failed to treat THREE wasps nests and now they won't send a technician until mid-July. Thanks Clark's you guys really knock it out of the park...

Terrible customer service just shocked by the terrible service. No one even answers voice mail or emails I've been on d 20 minutes waiting for a manager.

I had Clarks for 5 years with a termite bond. Paid all fees and monthly payments on time. I canceled my bond due to the sale of my home and Clarks denied my claim for termite damage under their bond. I feel they ripped me off and don't appreicate good customers who pay them on time every month. Don't find out the hard way like I did. If there was a zero star rating they would have it.

Clark Pest Control is a solid company. Their scheduling is easy and the Techs show up as scheduled. We enjoy the pest and termite control. Their younger techs are a little shy and got to get nudged a little to have a conversation. Overall we are very happy with the annual service.

since being acquired by Killingsworth, the service provided by Clark's has deteriorated significantly. The lack of communication during the transition period was concerning, and I encountered numerous billing issues that were not promptly addressed. This gave me with serious doubts about the company's financial management practices. Now, despite giving ample notice when selling my home, I have continued to receive bills for services that I no longer require. Upon contacting Clark's to rectify the situation, I am repeatedly met with unhelpful and unfriendly representatives who insist that I am still obligated to pay for services even though I no longer own the home. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I would not recommend Clark’s to a single neighbor and would never consider doing business with them personally again.

DO NOT conduct business with this company. I am in a new build and thus under a one year warranty. They refuse to come out to do what they have already been paid to do because I won't commit to continuing my contract with them. I am still under warranty right now. This is terrible business! I will be telling my builders and all of the people in my community to not renew their contracts with these twerps!
