The people who work here are so nice! I was able to easily set up a quarterly pest service and they are cheaper than another competitor I was looking at. Charlie came out and was super kind and friendly. I have a preference for greener, less toxic products and he used that after we talked. After walking the house, he also applied something additional (I can't remember what it was) because he saw carpenter ants outside. It was nice to see that the products he applied were tailored to our house and not just broad-brush applied to every residence. After he was done, I told him about a wasp nest hanging under our grill and he said he would take a look at it and even knocked it down for me. Very excited to keep using this company going forward. The company Advantaged Inspection outsourced the service to Arrow Exterminators, with whom I had a very bad experience with Samuel Hall. Initially, he arrived 30 minutes late without identifying himself. Upon arrival, he made demands that he would only enter the house after the dog was tied up or locked in a room. I understand that he may have cynophobia, as even after I explained to him that it was a very elderly dog that can barely see or hear properly. After locking up the elderly dog, the employee entered my house without asking permission. He treated me like a salesperson, when in fact I am the owner of this house. He wasn't able to ask at any point. He was very cold, treating me with indifference throughout all interactions, and upon finishing the house inspection, he was going to leave my house without saying what he found. I had to insist that he come back and give me his assessment.

Office staff makes it easy to schedule a visit to fit my calendar; personable and efficient techs; always available to answer questions and help me find a solution on the rare occasion a creepy-crawly needs extra attention. In my estimation, Arrow is simply a good company to deal with.

Awful, they show up unannounced without an appointment and no contract then charge you when you’re not even home to have the house treated inside, still had bugs even after treatments between the treatments, cancelled service and switched companies. Now I use Bulwark And guess what, now I don’t have bugs!! Highly recommend Gene from Bulwark, they do an amazing job! Don’t use Arrow switch to Bulwark. My house is bug free now and I’m so happy.

Arrow is very easy to work with, takes care of bug problems, shows up on time, etc. Our technician Robert always does an outstanding job.

Living in a damp, muggy climate, we had trouble with bugs until Arrow began treatments! We have no problems now that Arrow hasn't been able to resolve. Also, when a neighbor had expensive problems with termites, we added the termite treatments as a preventative. We have been very happy with Arrow and would recommend them to anyone!

The folks at Arrow are a pleasure to do business with, from the customer service people that answer the phone, to the courteous and professional technicians. They make it easy and effortless to stay on schedule with maintenance quarterly visits. They know their bugs!

Pest control specialist professional and knowledgeable. They also shared additional information regarding mulch, bugs, water holding outside, where bugs may be entering etc. I like the quarterly inspection and that I can discontinue at anytime. Also, they will come out in between quarters to spray.
