Ultimate Pest Control

I Do NOT recommend Dan from Ultimate Pest Control. Paid ~$300 upfront — rude service, unsafe experience, flies still present, and threatened to sue over a review. I hired Ultimate Pest Control to address a fly problem in my basement and paid upfront (close to $300). On the day of the appointment, Dan was extremely rude on the phone, and when he arrived he was even more rude in person. My pregnant wife and our 1-year-old baby just got out of the house in time before he started spraying. My two dogs and I did not. I was getting leashes on when it started to overwhelm the house. I vomited outside in my driveway. I was never treated with basic respect, and I did not feel the situation was handled with appropriate care given there was a pregnant woman, an infant, and pets in the home. Dan started yelling at me and insisted this “needs to be done every 4 months,” which felt like pressure to commit to ongoing service after I had already paid for the visit. This was never mentioned before the initial payment. The biggest issue is that I still have a fly problem. A few days later, I still have flies in my basement. Dan yelled at my wife and threatened to sue her for posting a bad review. Threatening a customer for sharing their experience is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. At this point, I am requesting a full refund due to the unprofessional conduct, the unresolved problem, and the way we were treated. I cannot recommend this business based on our experience.

For over nine years we have been getting quarterly service and have never again had the pests we discovered when we moved in. Reliable, friendly service at a fair price.

I called from a corporate location- asking if they could come and diagnose where our bees are coming from at a childrens facility. They are in our pool area not from right outside to inside the building. They offered NO help. Said I could look outside and see where they are coming from and I wouldnt want to pay them to look. If it was that easy I would have known to do this myself. The guy on the phone had NO customer service skills what so ever.
