Excellent experience with Jake for wasp removal, and then woodchuck removal! A woodchuck had dug a hole under my porch next to the foundation, so it had to go! But I was very grateful that he gave me the option to trap and release, and he even sent me a video of the release upon request. They can be damaging, but they are very cute, and I didn't want the poor critter to meet it's demise, so I really appreciate that! Jake was also very educational, and taught me a few things about these guys as well. High recommended!

I had a wasp nest in my crawl space and they were coming through the ceiling. I called around noon and Lady Bugs were able to come between two and four. Wes came and was polite and friendly and sprayed where they were getting into the crawl space from the outside. The next day the wasp were gone and no more “scratching” noises in the crawl space just a lot of dead wasps in my living room and kitchen. Thank you for the prompt response and great service. Brandy was able to get someone out to my house immediately for a wasp infestation that was making its way into a bedroom. Wes showed up so fast and was super informative and friendly. Took a couple minutes and hopefully in a day or two we’ll be wasp-free!

I can't express my appreciation enough!! We uncovered a ground bee nest when having some garden work done.....Wess was able to fit me in the same day to try and help prior to a party I am having tomorrow. Can't speak yet about how well the spray works, as it takes a day or two, but the fact that Wess was so responsive on the day I called is pretty amazing!! I had an issue with very aggressive yellow jackets in my yard. My 2yr old granddaughter got stung and the next morning I called Lady Bugs All Pest Solutions. I spoke with Brandy who was very nice and understanding. I explained the situation and she was able to get Jose out to my house the same day. When Jose arrived, he was very professional. Jose came to my house today and was a very cool informative tech. Very polite, knowledgeable & helpful. He even took it a step further and promoted the all solution subscription (kudos to him 🎉) which consists of routine visits. Definitely more beneficial for me and my family. When I signed up for the subscription I got welcomed to the Ladybug Family - by far the cutest thing 😂. Highly Recommend ! The experience was a very easy one.

Had a yellow jacket nest in my HVAC exhaust. Called ladybugs and they were at my house in just a few hours. The technician was professional and got the job done quick. The nest was dead in 48 hours. Will definitely be calling them again!

Contacted them for an issue with yellow jackets. Came out the same day. Dusted nest site and sprayed around the house. Eight days later nest site was still active. Called and they came out same day and dusted again. Resolved the problem. Would definitely recommend them .

After my dog unfortunately found a bees nest under my deck. I call them up and they came right out and took care of the whole house and the bees nest highly recommended

LB responded very quickly to our request for an exterminator. They arrived and did a very thorough check as well as the appropriate extermination work. They did both inside and outside.They have a nice guarantee, hopefully we won’t need them again but we wouldn’t hesitate to call them.

Responded very fast. Had them come over for some inspection and service. My service tech did a great job, took the time to look around the whole exterior and basement. Hopefully the service took care of the problem I called for, but they warrantied their work for 4 months, so I trust if anything else comes up they will stand by that offer.
