Buffalo/Tonawanda area. Inspector showed and sold me additional products for a tech to bring who never showed up. Technician has been a no call no show and no one can get ahold of them and this is for a first time service as a new customer. Was supposed to arrive between 8-10am it’s now after 4pm and still no call and no show. If I could rate them a zero, I would. I paid over $1800 for their services. They came to my house for 1.5 hours and I haven't seen them since. My husband was tricked into signing up for a yearly membership. We asked for a copy of the contract over a week ago and still haven't gotten it. The representative "Brandy" originally told my husband we can't cancel until the year is up. Then when we messaged online, they changed their story.
