PJ was incredibly helpful in identifying a unique type of bug and provided professional strategies for their eradication. Super timely....hopefully won't need them again, but if another bug appears I'm calling him!

Ernest Anderson is an exceptional representative of Bug Man. He treated one of my properties for carpenter ants today. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was very informative about ants in general. A pleasure to workk with!

Anthony was very friendly, professional and efficient. I always call these guys for my bee issues.

So nice to see Ernest again, been a # of yrs since we had continuity of same tech. We were surprised he remembered the special attention needed in the pool area due to constant struggle with ants getting into the pool from the pool coping. Another year, another great job by Ernest.

The Bugman Service was on time, in fact early, and Darryl assessed my yellowjacket problem then informed me about how the insecticide treatment would take 7-10 days to fully work and then he sprayed the nest from two angles and he was polite and thorough.

I have to say it again. They are the best. We called this morning with an horrible indoor bee problem and by noon Ernest, who was incredibly knowledgeable, was here. Traced down the source in the indoor hive of yellow jackets and resolved the problem. The best. Clearly the best.

We called for a wasp nest forming behind the siding on our house. The area was treated, but it caused them to not have an escape, forcing the wasps into our house. We called again and Steve came out multiple times to treat and solve the problem at no extra cost. We are very happy with the attention to the problem and the repeated visits until we were wasp free!

I have used Bug Man for over 10 years. They are friendly, courteous and reliable. Their work is guaranteed. We had the yard sprayed in the spring for bees and small insects. I recently saw some bees hovering over one of my windows. I called and Steve came within hours of my call to access the situation. He was very thorough and found that the bees were trying to form a nest. He treated the area and averted what could have caused major problems in my walls. Thank you Bug Man for your great service

I needed a bee hive removed and my house sprayed for bees. I called for an appointment and they came the same day and an hour earlier than expected. The tech walked me through everything he was going to do and answered all my questions.

Customer service from this company is beyond bad. Over the phone and in person. Tech did not spray or treat my home even as a paid service, and gave a terrible reason. After ten years with this company. To walk in the office and see two random women playing UNO doesn’t look like they where interested in helping me any longer. so after she had a shouting match service was canceled. Beware of small time companies not doing their best job! And I like small companies and support them. However this one is no good.

Went into office to ask about products. A very nice girl was trying to help me. Another girl intervened and kept interrupting this girl. Like 6 times. I asked Her to stop interrupting. She got very nasty. Stood up and said get out. I’m the manager. She didn’t like me asking the girl I was talking to questions. Swore at me and told me to get out. Got in my face. I’ve never seen a place of business like this. Refused to give me the name of the owner. The owner should take action with her immediately. The girl I was talking to was a sweetheart. Sad. I would recommend going elsewhere for your needs.

Signed a contract to have our house sprayed. Gave me a very long list of what they will cover, ants and spiders are on the list for sure. They came once and it helped a little but we continue to have spiders and ants. Called to have our house resprayed and I was told by the gentlemen that I needed to call the office because what I wanted was not covered. When I called office staff is rude and said I would have to pay more to have stinkbugs sprayed for. Well I will not pay for anymore. They told their employee to leave and not fulfill their contract. So I still have spiders and ants and stink bugs and no service. Oh and they were almost three hours late.

Candace the receptionist did an awful service, I scheduled an appointment with them and they decided to not go through with it and cancel without even informing me about it. I discovered they were not coming the day of the appointment

I have used Bugman since I bought my home in 2014. I have never had an issue until this year. I called to schedule my service about a month before like I always have. There was no issue getting the weekend I requested, however a week before my service my card was charged and I was billed under a different name. I called and was told I would still have my service as requested it was a billing error. I thought nothing of it, until I was sent another email stating my service had been completed but it was not my home and 2 weeks after my service was supposed to have been. I called again only to find out that my service had never been completed even though I paid. I have spent more time trying to correct this over the past few days and it still is not correct. My parents got a call today for non payment of my account even though I paid. This has been a complete mess this year and no one seems to care that it has happened. No one apologized for the confusion or payment issues. I used to recommend Bugman to everyone I knew and that will no longer be the case after this years mess.

I've used Bugman every year Since around 2016, they've always been great, however this year I made an appointment to have my house sprayed about a month ago. They never showed up, and when I called the receptionist said they weren't servicing my area anymore. That would be fine had they told me when I made the appointment, or even after, but no call no show. I explained that to her and she hung up on me. I called again and the next lady was very nice, however she said she was going to have the owner give me a call, of course no call. I would have recommended these folks, however this is a poor way to do business. Now my house is unsprayed and I have bees and i'll have to wait for an appointment some where else. If I was you I'd call someone else, no telling if these people will show up, and clearly the owner doesn't care about the company's customer service.

I would give no stars if possible. Damaged our camera outside our home and they refused to refund our money. After be demeaned by the owner and office manager, unprofessional, and no customer service skills.

Not what you pay for as of late. Hired in previous years to spray for bees at beginning of season and they would return if needed. Generally no issues. The last two years, seems their spraying has been ineffective. When contacting office to have them come back out, scheduling staff has a bad attitude as if you are bothering them with your business. Also, they require you to be home when they come to treat even if issue is outside the home. It's 2019, I can send you a picture of were the problem is and you can come take care of the problem. Will not be using in future and would not recommend to family, friends, or neighbors

Didn't hold to their own contract. Scheduling was not accommodating for customer convenience. Carpenter ants NOT killed. Paid for nothing. Don't let this older couple owners fool you too!

Bug Man, please stop calling "Wasps" bees. I raise honey bees and they are NOT invasive insects like Wasps, Paper Wasps, or Yellow Jackets. We need to do more to protect bees and not target these insects the provide our foods through pollination. Thanks
