We specialize in Integrated Pest Management, which focuses on safe and effective pest and nuisance wildlife control. We'll never use dangerous chemicals in your home or office. We can safely and discreetly remove almost any kind of pest, including bed bugs and rodents. We offer cost effective inspections to business owners and homeowners.

I called Rochester Pest Pro on Tuesday (3/17/26) morning and got an appointment booked for the following day. I called after seeing a wolf spider in my tub Tuesday morning. Me being arachnophobic, I was scared out of my mind. Chris came by the following day and did an excellent job. I even asked him to go look for the spider as I was too scared to kill it the previous day. He not only looked, but reassured me (after I kept asking) that it was gone. He told me why the pests are attracted to my unit and what to do in the future to keep them out. He did a thorough spot treatment and placed glue boards in the areas where I would normally see them. Chris and this company have done more pest control for my unit in just the one day than the apartment complex I live in who SHOULD be taking care of this but have refused. I’ve been having this problem since I moved in last year. Thank you, Rochester Pest Pro. Your service was WORTH paying out of pocket for!

We’ve had Rochester Pest Pro treat both structures on our property a few times and have been pleased with the results. Brandon sprayed both structures on our property a couple times. He has been careful and thorough.

Same day service as Melissa so kind and was able to fit us right in that day!! Yellow jackets had set up shop in our bedroom wall and attic while we were on an extended road trip! Chris arrived right on schedule and did a great job advising me of what he was doing before he did it and then went over the details of what to expect as the yellow jackets die off over the coming week. He was very friendly, professional and informative! Very pleased with the service! Reasonable pricing too!

Chris was terrific. He arrived on time, and completed his work professionally in a short period of time. He explained what to expect from his treatment and even did some extra work around my Beaverton while he was treating a bee hive. Well done Chris!!

Ken of Rochester Pest Pro was very professional and thorough. He inspected all rodent feeding stations and reloaded those that showed evidence of activity. He was efficient completing the service in less than thirty minutes.

Spent $600 for them to put in 3 mouse traps, and for 3 visits to check on the progress. They came once after that. Meanwhile, the mouse issue spread from one apartment to the other apartment. And they are refusing to come back or refund any money because the issue was "resolved." They didn't even block off any entry points. A real waste of time and money working with them. I now have to hire someone else to fix the problem they didn't fix. I've reached out to them on 3 different occasions and they won't do ANYTHING.
