Today we had a visit from Kyle B. He was very efficient, and has great customer service skills. I had to run errands, so after he sprayed for wasps, he made sure to call me to let me know exactly what, and where was sprayed. He also told me what to expect in the days to come. Great experience overall.

Technician was knowledgeable and did a good job. Much appreciated.

Very frustrated. I signed up through a door to door salesman. I was very reluctant as I have always done my own pest control. He assured me they can take care of things like bees and do it quickly. Among many other promises. As luck would have it, I got stung by a bee this morning and discovered I have bees in a front shrub by my main door. It is a Friday so I called first thing this morning to try to get them here before the weekend. They are too busy and can’t come until Monday. I can’t leave bees right by the door we use all weekend and keep getting stung. This is the whole reason I signed up for the monthly fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me after I waited on hold for 10 minutes to get to said supervisor. I called back again around noon at my first opportunity between work appointments. Explained the entire situation again to the new customer service rep. He tried to get a supervisor. And they are all in meetings and will have to call me back. If this were ants or something non-urgent I would have no problem waiting until Monday, but given it is bees and I have already been stung once, and it’s an area we can’t simply avoid, it needs to be dealt with right away. I cannot wait until the penalty period is over and I can cancel my monthly service subscription. What a waste of time and money. Big promises up front but once you are signed up it seems you are not a priority. I cannot recommend them.

Sydnee came to our house on a follow up to a problem with carpenter ants. Not only did she treat the affected areas, she also explained the why and wherefore of what she was doing. The procedure she used made total sense, and I trust the desired end result is just a few days away. The return visit was hopefully an eventful one. We saw a few carpenter ants since the first visit but the situation has definitely been better. We are hoping that after today, the situation will be resolved. Regarding the general service, we are able to go outdoors at night without being eaten alive since we contracted for the service.

I was pleased with the work DaShon but I am still having issues with the flour beetles in my master bathroom. Not a bunch of them, but one day I see none the next day I see 3 or 4. I is not consistent, but they are still showing up. I have not found any in the tow pantries.

What surprised me was all the work she put into the problem all to get rid of a mouse. Your service was worth the money. I am looking forward to her return visits.

Olivia was our tech and she provided great service! We got a call ahead of time to provide a more accurate window she’d arrive. She was able to walk us through options based on our specific pest issues, was very knowledgeable and went the extra step to ensure we had addressed everything !

Complete scam. First treatment did absolutely nothing. Got bit up by mosquitoes while working in the yard. Return treatment did nothing again. Now have bugs in the basement. Don’t do business with this company!
