The service was great and the representative was knowledgeable.
Love the email of the work order when visit completed.
Very pleased with the service we have. Western Pest makes appointments for service but assures us that we don't have to be home if the work is only for the exterior of the home. That is unbelievably convenient. We have not seen any bugs or rodents. With the attention and service we receive we are confident it will stay that way.

Western Pest has been amazing since we started using them a year ago. We have the monthly contract with them, and anytime we call for extra services they send Frank out within a day or so. Frank is GREAT! And the office staff is always pleasant and super accommodating. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Services did not warrant the cost that was charged. A few drops of some sort of gel and outside spray.

They were great at first when they got the big fee to put the bait stations in the ground. Then, when it was time to fro the yearly inspection they sat in the truck and didn’t even come to the house, tried to collect the yearly fee from me.

this tech only changed traps but did not spray inside as my previous tech did, I was disappointed with the lack of service.

I've used Western Pest Service in the past and again more recently. I was pleased with the results which were accomplished quickly and in a very professional manner. The customer service staff at the office is very friendly and helpful. The technicians were knowledgeable,they arrived on time and completed the process successfully. I highly recommend this service.

This place is a joke. I had someone named Ken come out to my house for pest service, wrote him a check. Never got a receipt. Had to call the office. The office screens your calls if you're a current customer or not. You have to call the new customer service line to complain. We had a bed bug issue, I called them within the contract that we were still seeing bedbugs and the lady on the phone told me "well since we didn't know who was in and out of the house that'll be another 1000 bucks" I was outraged. Do NOT use this service. They promise to come out for a second expection, didn't. Complained about still having bed bugs and wanted more money when they promised to come out and keep respraying.

Made an appointment a week in advance, I received the confirmation text a day before with the allotted time frame. They never showed up. I waited over two hours. They never called or followed up.

So far we are pleased with this choice. On time , professional business attitude. Explained the results of the inspection , cost for one year contract, payment options, rodent prevention options and other pest treatments for all 4-seasons of the year, that are included in the contract. Treated us and our home with respect.
