It seems that when I call and I am promised a call back, it never comes. This has happened again. I called after being serviced that I still had ants in my kitchen. The girl I spoke to was very nice when I told her my problem. She explained that if the serviceman sprayed around my kitchen window on the outside, it could not be done again, but if he didn't, she could send someone out. Guy came here with an attitude and a screwdriver. He was banking on my walls and trim like a construction worker. He made a hole in my wall with his screwdriver and denied it.
