Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. They destroyed my grass, both the front lawn and backyard. I asked them numerous times both over the phone and email to not use their big machines in my yard, and to use the hand spreaders instead since it is sloped and retains water easily. They continually brought their big machines all over the property. Ripping up the grass and leaving mud, tire tracks and debris all over. Just did a fall clean-up and final mow yesterday. Me and my husband are extremely happy with the progress you guys made on our lawn this year, it looks great! It’s nice and green, healthy and has filled in the majority of the bare spots we had a problem with. I would say 95% of the weeds are gone and the crabgrass was controlled fairly well. some large area in the front yard still has a lot of crabgrass but hopefully we can knock that out next year! My parents just moved to the area and I was tasked with finding them a pest control company. This past summer we used Bugsology for their mosquito and tick treatment. The previous owners mentioned that the mosquitos were problematic with the creek in the back. Bugsology took care of it completely. It was great and we were able to enjoy the entire summer. I hired Bugsology for my family-run business in Queens. Summertime humidity in NYC brings in a gross amount of water bugs, mainly in our garbage room. In just a matter of 2 weeks, they were able to help us keep it all under control and eliminate about 80% of the problem. I highly recommend Bugsology for any insect/rodent issue. Living in queens the summer time humidity has brought mosquitoes to the yard throughout the day and using off products just never worked. Came across Bugsology on google looking for a good reliable company and that is exactly what they are. They were simply amazing from start to finish and took care of the mosquitoes for me.
