My ozane service technician (David Backle) always does a great job every time he services the property. He’s very thorough in his work and always makes sure that he closes and locks gates after he’s done to make sure my dogs don’t ever get out by accident. He’s been super helpful over the years and I appreciate all his efforts !!

I’ve been an Ozane customer for a while, and something has definitely changed this past year. The billing system switched to an online setup that doesn’t work properly, making it difficult to pay my bill. Customer service has been hard to reach, which adds to the frustration. The sprays also didn’t seem as effective as in the past, and the billing process was confusing. That said, the company does provide the service, and once you get in touch with them, they can help. It’s just the setup and communication that need serious improvement.

My landlord had them come to my house. Spent 20 minutes sitting in the truck out front and maybe a total of FIVE spraying house perimeter. All on ring cam. Still have ants…

Techs are so great but the office staff doesn't follow through. We cancelled our service this year because of hassles with the staff last year. Even after cancelling we still received notice (4 weeks later) that they were coming. The actual service/spray techs is great - but the office administration needs some work.

Up seller, not happy

I used Ozane in the past for termites and mice extermination. Recently, I called them as I thought I might have a racoon or some sort of animal in my attic. The woman in the office quoted a call back time for a technician to get back to me within 48 hours. Well a month later and I still haven't received a call from anyone. If they don't handle this type of problem they could have at least told me. I don't recommend them as they are very unprofessional.

I am confused. We provide services for commensal rodents such as rats and mice. If we get calls for small animals such as raccoons,squirrels,groundhogs,skunks,etc., we inform customers that we do not do small animal control give out a phone # for a trapping company that handles those critters. We would never have a tech call you back for a service that we don't provide. Did we give you the phone # for the trapping company and did you call them? If not please call our office and we will give you the name and phone # of the trapping company. Thank you!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Waiting months for service!!!! Terrible misinformation, no follow up which was desperately needed. I would AVOID this company all together however management company has contract with them. That in itself is suspicious because other homeowners have had a terrible experience as well. Your response that you CALL back is absolutely NOT true! Woman who answered when we called insisted there were call backs and follow ups. Until she was asked what number she called!!!! She could not even find our number! Finally Tech came after waiting weeks, he spent 5 minutes in our home, said YEP you’re getting swarmed with termites but swarming season is over so it won’t happen again. He promised following week there would be an application applied to entire exterior. That never happened and I’ve been swarmed 11 times since he was here. No phone call! No follow up! NOTHING!

We always call back and respond to all calls to our office. We have checked and researched our current customers on file and recent calls from prospective new customers and find no one named Jay Adams. Are you sure you left this review for the correct company? Call our office on Monday at 732-349-0559 and we will be more than happy to take care of your pest issues.
I called them because of the reviews they have recieved but they never showed up to even make an estimate price. Someone was suppose to arrive from 9-11am and it's currently 2pm. At least they could have called me to reschedule or cancel but nothing was done. I called the second time yesterday before you guys closed around 4:15 to be exact to ask if you guys charge for someone to come out to do an estimate. She said no and that it was free . So I said okay i will see you guys tomorrow and so did she . So i never cancelled or told "anyone" I hired someone else. I appreciated you guys calling me after I left this review to make it right but unfortunetly I couldn't wait any longer and had other important stuff to do. I received a text from Mike and was gonna text him back tomorrow morning. So I don't know what happened at your end because on my end I was expecting someone to come. By the way he never called me that he was on his way. I don't know if you guys got the wrong address or phone number.

Our inspector called on his way to your home in the morning and was informed that you had hired another pest control company the day before. Why would you expect him to show up when the appointment was already cancelled?
