The mosquito service every 3 weeks is effective. Helps keep my family safe from hungry mosquitoes-the bugs find them delicious to an absurd degree.

First time Kaitlyn has been here and unfortunately she was here for 3 minutes. Dan usually does my property and sprays my whole porch area under my stairs. Not good at.

I just recently started using the pest authority of Jersey shore, and so far everything has been great, including their responsiveness when they initially serviced my property and I was still having an issue they sent somebody out the next day to resolve it.

Spoke to Chit was very rude on the phone and very disrespectful. Do not recommend this place at all. Said he came to my house and he never showed up was home all day plus have security cameras on my house didn’t see him at all.

Usually very professional and through. Very happy until today's service. Horrible experience. Devon was here 7 mins. Never rang the bell to notify me he was here. I reviewed security cameras and saw he only treated a portion of the property and left. Didn't place flags as required by law. My neighbor had the same experience with Devon a few weeks ago. Please DO NOT SEND HIM BACK!!
I’m sitting outside now at 7:43 pm and I have mosquito bites on my legs. UGH!!!

Always pleasant do a good job! Would have been 5 stars but they have been in and out in under 7 minutes. Just doesn’t seem like enough time
I tried to use the Pest control. Set up a day for them to come out(took a day off a work for it). I received an email the day before saying they will be there. They charged my card without even coming out and also sent an email saying the work was done. After I called they did admit the work was not done yet and I was schedule for another day!! I told them dont bother and canceled my account, now I I have to pray that they will reimburse my card.
Love to get hung up on in middle of talking. Then they refuse to answer phone. Okay, can deal with that maybe the lady who answered was having a bad day. Seriously they do great spraying only had to recome out twice this year to respray after a spray.
