Posting for a neighbor. Yesterday Kenny can to inspect for a possible pest infestation at my neighbors home. Kenny was more than helpful and found they did not have a problem. Kenny was professional going above and beyond what he had to do for my neighbor. Would definitely recommend them!!!

Kenneth called to give me notice of his arrival which was greatly appreciated. He was very thorough with his inspection of my house. Afterwards we discussed a plan to eleminate my mice problem. He broke everything down into a step by step plan. He answered all my questions and was so easy to work with. I recommend him hands down

I had a great experience with bug boy. Jose was very professional and experienced. We had a raccoon that was trapped within three days. They communicated well. Had updates every day. I would recommend them and I would use them again. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Jose the Exterminator I recently had a problem with small flies in my bathroom and called Jose for help. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. Instead of just treating the problem and leaving, he took the time to explain what was happening — that the flies were likely fungus flies breeding in the nooks and crannies of the bathroom. Jose inspected every possible source carefully, from the sink and shower drains to the toilet base and vents. He explained each step clearly and even showed me simple ways to prevent the problem from coming back. His explanation was easy to comprehend and helped us understand why the problem was there and how to fix the source of it. What really stood out was how much Jose cared about doing the job right and making sure I understood what was going on. He even asked me to follow up afterward to make sure everything stayed clear. If you’re looking for an exterminator who is friendly, honest, and truly knows his craft, I highly recommend Jose. He turned a frustrating situation into an easy and informative experience.

Jose was great came out same day. Was very personable. Educated me on the squirrels. He humanely and safely got the mom and her 4 babies out. I would recommend to anyone 5 stars from me. I will sleep peaceful tonight knowing there are no more squirrels in my crawl space in the garage. Thanks again Jose can't recommend you enough!!!!!

They orginally quoted me $395 and later said the best they can do is $295 to remove a hornet nest that is 8 feet off the ground. I spoke with the owner and informed him on the issue and shared my objection. I was given a new price range of $195-$295 for the service. The length of the nest was no bigger than the insect itself. It's Highways robbery. Your competitors even said that was exorbitant. Inflation is out of control, but that doesn't give you the right try to be greedy.

You were demanding about the scheduled time and our pricing. The team at Bug Boys accommodated you, 3 different times. Your review even shows how Bug Boys was willing to work with you and your objections. This only shows Bug Boys provided exceptional customer service when talking with you. Now, you don't have to like our pricing, you don't even have to do business with Bug Boys. But your review shows that Bug Boys did everything to accommodate your demands.<br><br>Again, you 1 star review clealry shows Bug Boys in good faith tried working within your budget. It's clear their intent was good.<br><br>However your actions in writing a negative review shows your attempt to harm Bug Boys good reputation and this falls into defamation. This behavior is unacceptable. Mr. Pringle you posted an online review designed to hurt Bug Boys reputation based off your personal feelings when it came to pricing. I want to make you aware that this platform is considered a publication. You review is your opinion, however your opinion affects our reputation and users who read your review. This is defamation.<br><br>This is a request to remove you review by 10/08/22. If it's not removed I will be forced to take action to resolve this negative review. Let me remind you that your review clearly shows how willing Bug Boys was to accommodate your needs, this is considered "fair and true". However, your review clearly shows your actions, your choices, and your feelings on how a company operates their business.
