However, they still need to return to check and feel the rat boxes. The rat problems continues to grow and I am running out of names for all the rats I see on my security cameras.

I’ve been using Swat Bug Killers since 2015 and have never had bug issues. Suzanne in the office is always very helpful and provides reminders of our service. Scott has been servicing our home for a quite a while and he’s always professional, courteous, and polite. Thanks for being amazing!

I recommend finding any other bug service provider than this one! I had been a client of theirs for 4 years and during that time I’ve easily had 10+ different bug guys, they lost the key to my gate, was charged for service I never received and had my neighbors house sprayed instead of my own. When I called to cancel my service the woman on the phone was very rude to me and hung up on me after she curtly said she would cancel the service. Very unprofessional and you have to watch them like a hawk just to make sure you get what you paid for!

This is the second pest control service I've used. Although the previous did the job, they weren't very flexible and dismissive when I wanted to start service at a new home. I've now had Swat at two homes and they've been excellent. From the friendly phone call reminder from a live person for your upcoming appointment to my favorite pest control guy, it's all been a great experience. He even advised me on reasonable plan how often I need to spray to maintain my protection without over spraying the inside of my house. I highly recommend them for your home services. They do a thorough job and I've only ever seen the occasional dead roach or centipede in all the time I've had them.

We have been using SWAT pest Control for more than 2 years. The owners and techs are wonderful. While they offer on demand or follow up service, we have never needed it.

Have used them for years and they have been GREAT 👍. We are scheduled quarterly and they always call to remind us of appointment. Always accommodating and, on the rare occasions we have had to have them back early, they always work us in. We hit the jackpot when we found them. Highly recommend!!
