Bulwark Exterminating

Bulwark is the company we use for general pest spray. A couple of months ago they sent out an advertisement that they now offer weed control so I called to schedule - this has been a complete nightmare! Scheduling: I called early the first morning to schedule and was told the system was down and he would call back in an hour. At the end of the day I finally called again and scheduled. First appointment: the guy showed up just to tell me it is too windy to spray and I need to call to reschedule.

Signed a one year contract. Used them for the year and didn’t want to renew. For the past 10 months my wife has been getting voicemails saying she needs to call to resolve her account. It’s not one voicemail but dozens. As if we owe them money which we don’t. It’s their dirty tactic to get you on the phone and sign you up again. Tonight received another which prompted me to write this. I would never use this company again. They keep calling and get the same reason for not doing business with the

Extremely expensive service to exterminate bees. Also the most long drawn out process to get service. I spoke to 4 different people, handed off one to the next and had to re explain what I needed each time. The whole process dealing with the office staff was terrible. The techs that came out however were all business. I pointed, they said ok. We'll let you know when it's over. Which is exactly what happened. Extremely professional. Efficient. Those techs get 5 stars. The company otherwise is not
