I highly recommend Joel for all of your home's pest control needs! He's very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and always on time. He uses products that are safe for our small dog which is great. We've used him for over a year at our home and we've had zero issues with bugs or rodents. Every time he asks if we've seen anything and I'm always happy to say nope! But he also gives us confidence that if we did he has extra tools in the arsenal to take care of it.

We’ve been working with Joel for years now and are always pleased with his work. Our main concern for reaching out to him initially were the scorpions and centipedes we’d find in the house. With kids and a dog roaming around, it needed to be addressed. He came in and saved the day! Joel is always so friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable. Have never had any bug issues after service but know that they would come take care of any issues if they come up. Trust them on my property. Even received a text meant for another customer telling me that my garage door was open. Tells me that they are looking out for my property too. Highly, highly recommended Nipa Guard!!
