I'm super happy today with my service. My longtime rep Ricky was able to squeeze me in versus the Tuesday the 30th scheduled service. He came out right away identified the problem took care of it for me we talked about some other stuff he's gonna do regarding fly traps. So that was a nice upsell and I didn't feel bad about it I asked him about it. I will tell you he's been my person for years and probably the main reason I stay with you guys. I have exterminators knocking on my door every other day it feels like wanting to do it for cheaper but because of the service excellence of your guy Ricky. I never take their business cards

We have had Aaron taking care of our house and our rental for years now. He always sends a message a couple days before he is due at your house reminding you that he is coming and the hours he will be there. If you have any questions you can just write him back because it's his own personal phone number. His communication is a 10/10! If you are home when he is there and you want to talk to him about certain issues he is never to busy to stop and talk to you. He makes great recommendations and his bug knowledge is through the roof! Love him so much. Has become a friend.

This company debited my 86 year old father's card for the entire unauthorized amount of $3,400 instead of the agreed upon $500 payment after they told me he could pay on a payment plan. Don't be scammed, these companies can take your money with one swipe and they can put it back with one swipe. They will delay, put you on hold, not able to connect you to a supervisor, and I gave them the opportunity to fix it and now the bank will fix it for them. It is elder abuse to take an old man's money when it was not authorized.

actually it is more like a zero than a one. They would actually have to answer the phone to get a one. When I called, the prompts kept saying it could not hear me even though it literally is pressing a one or two. It kept skipping back to the same press one or two. Finally it put me through to a point where I was on hold waiting to speak to an agent. Then without an agent ever picking up it sent me to a survey asking how satisfied I was with the service I had just received. I had no service. I literally was calling to inform them that one of their drivers was driving like a maniac through my residential area, with numerous children out at play, people walking their dogs, he blasted through a crosswalk. Ignored stop signs. Putting locals at Jeopardy. Funny part is I'm pretty sure he lives there as his truck is always parked outside my building. I wanted to call to speak to someone without putting that particular person on blast hoping that the information would be relayed and they might reconsider how they drive through small neighborhoods especially their own. Apparently that is not possible so I'm putting it here. Get your drivers in check. your company name is on the side of the vehicle and reflects directly on you! And the liability will be on you as well.

The pest control guy came out today and he spent less than 60 seconds spraying around my house. He spent more time sitting in his truck filling out paperwork then actually spraying my house. I'm paying over $120 per spray I expect there to be enough spray on the ground to kill the bugs and I saw no evidence of spray along the sides of my house or my front door seconds after he walked by supposedly spraying my house. I would put it on the guy but this is not the first guy who has not put effort into honestly spraying the ground around my house. But at least this one actually showed up. The guy before him was pretty awesome but considering how much money I'm paying I'm very disappointed in the quality of the work.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Wait until you try to cancel your monthly bait stations at $30/ month. You will be transferred to "Customer Retention", aptly named for what will happen next. You will end up repeatedly telling the customer service representative "Please, just cancel my monthly service.". You will end up getting every excuse to stay before they eventually cancel. They did a great job sealing my house but the customer service is not great.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They treated a rental condo we own and after 8 months the bugs are still present when tenant moved out. I called them back to service the property again but they said since I canceled the contract they couldn’t come out. I only canceled bc my dirty disgusting tenants moved out. Rentokil offers horrible service and can’t even get rid of pests. Use anyone else and you’ll be happier.

Since they changed from Western exterminators they have continually changed technicians for my service, their billing has not been Accurately charged to auto pay After my numerous telephone calls to correct every other Service and every other Service they do it wrong. their prices continually are being raised. I would never recommend them and I am looking for a new service. I have been with Western exterminators for near 20 years and I am thoroughly disappointed in this new company.

Called Sat. Got quote, called Sunday made appointment for Wednesday. Called Wednesday. They conveniently couldn't find me on schedule or even with quote. Then required me $110.00 more when talked to supervisor all she did was give excuses, then wanting me to reschedule for days in future. No appointments available for today. After having to be out of home waiting then waiting on service that never arrived. I'll go somewhere that honors their commitments, in both price and appointments not use excuses that it was THEIR ANSWERING SERVICES FAULT.

Routine service. Canceled service in Sept 2021. Screwed up and paid double for last service. Called to get a refund, that started first part of Oct. Up to this point have made 10 calls, end of Dec my check would be mailed out on Jan 11, 22. As of today Jan 31, check will be mailed out to me on Feb 8. Only thing I can tell anybody is they are looking for anything back from them good luck. Just have to wait any see if refund comes in Feb.

I've had Enviro Pest control for years. They were the best. They just recently merged to Western. I've had nothing but problems since the merge. They switched my regular guy who was amazing to another man who called late at night (well after business hours) to schedule a day to come spray and then he wouldn't show up for the set day. I would make sure to be home so he could spray the inside. No call no show 3 times. I got a bill and they never come out. He missed my house for a month. They tried to come spray and bill me 2 months in a row. Instead of the normal every other month. I do not recommend Western Exterminator. Look for another company.
I have been a customer for 2 months and the most frustrating thing is this company NEVER answer the phone when you call them. You ALWAYS need to leave a message and they "will" (they won't unless you mentioned you want to become a new customer) return your call at their earliest opportunity. Then, after 5-10 voicemail messages, they return your call in 2-3 days just to say sorry because they're pretty busy to answer the phone or some staff was out for vacation or Crystal (the receptionist) was in a meeting and no one was there to cover for her. My technician is Andy and he's very professional and knowledgeable about his work, but I will cancel my agreement with Enviro Safe Pest Control after they "answer" or "return" my call "at THEIR earliest opportunity. I highly recommend you to STAY AWAY from this company due to the lack of respect for their customers by offering this terrible customer service when we call them. But if you still want to go ahead and sign up with them, the first thing that will come to your mind when you need to call them after your initial service will be this review.
