Luke B was wonderful and had great customer service skills. He was knowledgeable and informative at the same time. I asked so many questions and he never got frustrated with me. I have been on edge since I moved into my new unit however, after speaking with Luke B, and the level of concern he expressed with my mind being at ease, I am now ready to feel comfortable at home. I also recommend this service to my family and friends in fact, my mom is considering switching to Global Pest Control as long as Luke B. is the guy that can treat her home. Jaime has been servicing my apartment for quite some time now, and I truly appreciate the care and effort he puts into his work. He always takes his time to do a thorough job, and thanks to him, I haven’t seen any roaches anymore. What really means a lot to me is that he goes the extra mile by pulling out my appliances to treat those hard-to-reach areas, something that’s not easy for me to do since I’m in my 70s. His attention to detail and willingness to help make a big difference. I’m very grateful for his consistent, reliable service and highly recommend him!

I’m a tenant here at Crescent Ridge Apartments and Ernie is always helpful, he has sprayed around our unit a few times when the ants come into the apartment after a rainy day. He also sprayed outside our unit when we saw a centipede outside.

I tried calling in to report this driver , His driving like a maniac… His going up Gowan around 6:40 he cut me off almost hit me … Rolled his window down and called me names 🤬 by the way I have dashcam footage

We train our team to uphold the highest-level of integrity when operating our service vehicles. So, it is very concerning to read your feedback. We take driving concerns extremely seriously. If you could kindly provide us with the dashcam footage that you mentioned. We would like to review it right away. If you could email that footage to customercare@globalpestservices.net. We want to make sure that we address this right away, unsafe driving is not something that can be tolerated. We have already reviewed our system and don’t see anything related to hard accelerations, hard breaking, erratic driving or assistive speed the day of the incident. It also appears that the top speed reached on Gowan on that date was 37mph. When you email the dash cam footage if you could also, please include your contact info in that email. This way we can reach out to you to discuss the incident in more detail.
Absolutely terrible company. As soon as they sprayed, pest problem became MUCH worse, and I was told this was gonna happen for the first couple days. And Ofcourse it’s now been much longer than that and the pests are EVERYWHERE. Please save yourself the hassle and go with a different company 😓

They keep changing reasons why they can't treat the place first it was because the recliner was on the patio the second person said the recliner on the patio is just fine but they still won't read it because of something else so this I see they're setting me up to fail because vine on 8th is going military guess what so it's my family

Fortunately, the overwhelming percentage of the feedback we receive both off and online is wonderfully positive. Your feedback is clearly not positive but we still appreciate you taking the time to share your comments. I accept the constructive criticism and it is my unwavering belief that when a business stops being challenged on all they do, including from within but especially from those whom they serve, that their future is in peril. For this reason, thank you and rest assure that we as a business take your remarks very seriously.
Left the apartment property before fogging for mosquitoes!! If you ever been fogged it’s basically moving out without moving !! Gotta leave for 4 hours after fogging and they left without even fogging but of course billed for it !!! Sorry company and employees to be in contract and can’t do their job !!!
