John has been exceptional throughout our home buying process. He was thorough and meticulous. His reports include a great amount of detail with lots of pictures. He answered all our questions and provided advice on improvements and maintenance we could do over time to maintain and increase the value of the house. John did 2 inspections for us and I would highly recommend him.

So I just bought my very first home and my sister gave me the information of "the very thorough inspector" they used. They are right! My goodness nothing was missed and a glorious report was given which included pictures that were easy to follow. This report is going to help a lot both immediately and to create a list for future repairs to save up for to knock out one by one.
