Ryan, our technician, does an awesome job for us every single visit! We’re on the quarterly plan where they come out and spray both interior and exterior. Ryan always reaches out about a week ahead of time to schedule, then messages the day of service about 20–30 minutes before he arrives — like clockwork. It’s incredibly convenient and means I’m never stuck waiting around or taking unnecessary time away from work. Shortly before his last visit, I noticed yellow jackets had built a nest in our retaining wall. We hadn’t seen them all summer, so it was a big surprise. This is an area where our daughter frequently walk in the backyard, so there was concern as a parent. I tried a name-brand spray myself but had no luck. Ryan went above and beyond to treat this extra area, and it completely solved the problem! They instantly stopped swarming, and for the next couple of weeks we still saw a few slowly crawling out — barely alive — and dying off. The amount of yellow jackets eliminated was honestly impressive. We really appreciate the thoroughness, communication, and professionalism every visit. Highly recommend!

Rather than doing his job the inspector found about 2" of rot on the bottom of the door frame on an outside door, where it was common for water and mud to collect before I did some landscaping to solve the problem, and said he wasn't certain it was termite damage but he was going to use it as an excuse to recommend treatment so he wouldn't be liable in the future. He found no evidence of termites and ignored the fact that the house had been previously treated. Since this report went to the lender of the one buying the house we have little recourse but to spend several hundred dollars on a treatment that isn't needed. Needless to say I will not be doing any business with Denning's in the future. I would also recommend if they show up to do an official inspection you refuse and request a different inspector.
