Rumble Peat Solutions have good communication with the customer. I had interaction with their employee Mr. Crockett and he was very polite and advised what he was doing while he was at the house.

Their "guarantee" is worthless. When you do have pests they try to charge you extra to resolve the problem that they guaranteed you wouldn't have to begin with. Then they hold you hostage for the rest of your contract and make cancelation a huge hassle. Buyer beware.

They're always kind and respectful when they come and do the sprays. Have not had many pests come back with consistency in place. Thank you Rumble.

I think Rumble is the best! I work from home and have been interupted (rudely) by other companies, but the Techs here are so curtious and respectful!

Have uesd there services for about 4 years on going im very satisfied they are always friendly always on time and everytime i have had to change my quarterly appointment they have been very flexible working around my family big busy schedule. Do not use this company. I closed my account in March 2025 because I was moving. Not only did I speak with someone I also sent 2 emails and they continued to service my old house and then sent me to collections charging me for them servicing a house I know longer lived at.

Refused to cancel my service when requested. Sent me to a “manager’s” voicemail who never returned calls. Once I finally got this person on the phone, she argued incessantly trying to convince me not to cancel. Continued to attempt to bill my credit card in spite of cancellation. They claim to provide quarterly services, but only visited my home twice a year. This company is just another parasitic monthly billing scam.

Joseph did a great job! I asked him to spray specific areas inside and he was very accommodating.

Kadyn did an exellant job and even came back for a re-check to ensure a pest issue was not of concern. He is profeasional and kind just the type of person you want to invite in your home. Office staff are also so very helpful and polite.

Kadyn from Rumble Pest Control came by and sprayed my house. He was a very nice gentleman, and the bugs have not been seen one time since he sprayed the house. I highly recommend this company

Rumble Pest does a great job, had a few hornets nest that they removed, they came out next day, Joseph Smith serviced our home today and was easy to work with.

My dogs are having issues since Rumble sprinkled my yard with their granules. They have done absolutely nothing to help us, won't even cancel monthly payments even though dogs paw pads are sloughing off. Said they would still charge us $300 early cancelation fees. Please be careful around pets

A person showed up at my door and would not take no for answer then came back later that night to talk to my husband and convinced him to take deal and then person showed up to spray yard was very unprofessional cussing and bad mouthing his own company and havnt heard nothing since thhatbwas 3 months ago but they sure take my money every month. Im so disgusted. Now they locked us in for year and told my husband they would check in with us but nothing. I didn't want them because I use Steve's pest control and the guy knew it but still insisted on pushing on my husband. I want out of this contract but cant due to they would sue us for remaining so stuck in a contract that I feel is worthless. The pellets they used in my yard didn't even work. Would not recommend to anyone.

The salesman lied to our faces about cancellation costing only 49$ if you are not satisfied and then they charge you over 200$ saying… it’s in the contract!! The contract you can’t see until it’s signed!!!! They email it later after they sucker you with lies!!!! Dishonest company!!!!

Staff is very unprofessional, yelling at customers over the phone. Their products don't even keep pests away then they charge you a cancelation fee that wasn't disclosed when signing up. Don't trust this company, trust the numerous negative reviews and complaints with the BBB.

Pest products did not work even after repeat visits. Due to this tried to cancel my 12 month contract for services and was charged a fee to do so. Was promised 3 different occasions the owner would contact me and/or come to my home in person to evaluate and that didn't happen either. For any future pest needs for our hone we will not be using their services.

Did good work, but now that I can't afford them they want me to buy out of a contract. The salesmen said I could end my service anytime and that there was no contract. I found other reviews with the same problem. I would not recommend a membership with this company.

Very shady customer service. Did not feel comfortable with salesperson. My neighbor down the street signed up. I felt it was a scam and my neighbor did get taken advantage because they did not control their mosquito problem and had noticeable increase spider problem. They never sprayed inside their home. Please stay clear of this business.
