Redline Pest Control is exceptional. The owner came to our property himself and in a very timely fashion. We called them due to a sighting of a brown recluse spider at my daughter’s new home. Before doing any work he explained what he was doing and why. He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. While he was there he also saw carpenter ants on the big trees on the property. He treated around the trees and then explained how we can do this ourselves with an inexpensive product that can be purchased at any retailer that sells home/garden supplies. I really appreciated the time he spent and his ability to educate me on what he was doing to treat our problem. Also, the price was extremely fair. I would recommend Redline to solve any pest control issues and would definitely use them again.

They are on it. I had yellow jackets that I treated myself for a month with no improvements. Gavin came out one night, took the lead and destroyed the hive that was nestled behind my facia without any structure disruption. I have used Redline for mice issues too. They are up front with costs and very friendly to work with…..The picture shows my poor attempt to solve the issue, which obviously didn’t work!

I absolutely swear by this company as a property manager we always try to find a company who not only meets our budget but goes above and beyond. Most companies I have used will only do a preventative spray in the kitchen and bathrooms (less than 2 minutes in each unit) without charging extra. With Redline I have seen them open cabinets, move appliances, talk to residents to ensure their job is done right.

We had a great experience with Redline. Jerry (or Gerry?) visited us. We purchased a property that has been vacant for a bit and near a wooded area. As a result, we have a lot of spiders, ants and even wasps that have made themselves comfortable in our house. Jerry spent a good amount of time spraying our home, inside and out, and uncovering which bugs are our biggest problem. He gave us great advice before he left with a hopeful outlook for our glum situation. He was a treat to work with, and we’ll definitely see them again when the situation arises.

He is so kind, takes time to talk about our needs, never pushes treatment we don't want/need, uses natural products when possible, and gives helpful suggestions for continued management on our own.
