The supervisor and tech arrived today calling me 30 minutes before they arrived. We walked around the property so I could show him my granddaughter's playing area and the above ground pool. We discussed the approach of their treatment plan. Both David and Chase were knowledgeable on the way forward. Our yard is up against a common area full of trees and it stays wet when it rains. Before using Mosquito Joes, we had mosquito activity. We constantly received mosquito bites. With the treatment, almost always there is no mosquito bites only near the wooded tree area. Our granddaughter has reactions to the mosquito bites so Mosquito Joe's has definitely made outside fun again for my granddaughter when she visits!

Overall, I was happy with the service and felt like it helped a lot. I was not bothered as much by the mosquitoes in the evenings. The few that I did still see were very small. Not sure if that was due to the treatments but maybe.

Service and communication is always great with the owner Stephanie, and she is very responsive via texts and phone calls to any questions I have. Her technician Tony Harris, is extremely polite, very mannerable, and professional in our interactions which makes me feel valued as a customer. Mosquito Joe is a customer service first company. I have used them for many years as my outside Mosquito terminator. The few times I have had a problem between applications they have immediately responded and taken care of the problem. I would recommend them to anyone for an enjoyable outdoor space. Both the office and the applicators are obviously trained in providing excellent customer service.

From the young lady who answered the phone and set up your appointments to the guys doing the work, I would give five stars too. As far as their manager, Audrey and the actual service is working it was a complete failure at my home. After I had canceled my service with this doesn’t work and hasn’t been working I don’t want to pay for any more treatments. That wasn’t clear enough to Audrey that I was canceling my services and she charged $76 to my account. Audrey is about the figures and not the service or how the client feels As she totally disregarded, my text sent to the office that had been taken care of my applications.

Hired Mosquito Joe for my annual spray—after four visits in three months (three of them billed), the problem is worse than before. I can’t be outside without being swarmed, and now mosquitoes are even inside my home. They also claim to treat ants. I had no ant problem until after their first spray—now I do, and it’s never gone away. The last visit, the technician was here for only 15 minutes. Despite that, I got long lectures about how their products “work,” followed by texts telling me they “can’t kill every single mosquito.” Nothing they promised in their marketing was delivered. I paid for results, but instead ended up with more pests and a new ant infestation. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

We had set up an appointment with some Back and forth texting. They say of the appointment arrived and at 7:30 in the morning received a text they would not be out day due to rain and be out tomorrow. Well it never rained after 7:30 that morning. I would like to have had options on a reschedule vs behind told the day as I would not be in town. I text them again and explained that day would not work and was not happy they cancelled at 7:30 and was clear the entire day. I explained I felt like I would like to look at other options as I feel some concern is holding appointments and cancelling for quick reasons. I received text messages suddenly on a Wednesday for a Thursday appointment. Again I have not had any communication with them since the initial so I was a bit confused. The tech texted me prior to heading out. Tech arrived and was very nice, but I explained that I had not had the initial treatment done and he seemed confused by this. About as confused as I was that this random appointment happened. I explained to him that I would like to look at other control options as I just have not been happy with how this started. He said he understood and would let his office know. As he was driving away I received a call from their office. The lady that I talked to explained that they run their day on a phone app for weather and base if they will work that day on the forecasting from the app. She also said she wasn’t sure what was going on due to limit communication from us, so at this point I feel like they are pointing fingers at me when I told them I wanted to check other options and obviously if I was not reaching out I was either not interested or have not made a decision yet. She went on to tell me that if I wanted to be there I needed to let them know as I gave them a gate code and so forth…… I made it CLEAR at setup I wanted to be there at the first service. But once again she made me feel like I was in the wrong as I did not communicate that. Well I did. And I gave the gate code for future treatments as I did not plan to be there. I do not believe she handled this in a professional mannor as I am left feeling like I am to blame. She asked me if I wanted her to delete my account which I asked her to do so. I hope others have had better experience but the office issues here are questionable and not professional, really at all. They state they are customer focused and driven so why do I feel like I am to blame here? Anyways….. buyer beware. I am sure there are much better options out there and will intend to find one.

I received mosquito treatment and I will say, I was rather disappointed. I would stay away from this company (or maybe this location?). Yes, they have great reviews but one would expect an effort to eradicate a failure to achieve what they claim to do. If that effort proves futile and ineffective, compensation (84.99 per treatment every 3 weeks seems a bit much) or further action should be take. This is the case in any line of work. In that regard, they fall well short. They have offered to do an additional “complimentary service” (something they already did unsuccessfully), so let’s see how that goes.

I've had abhorrent experiences with multiple technicians blowing the chemicals straight into my dog's face on multiple occasions even capturing it perfectly on video with clear indications they knew the dogs were present and continued to use the treatment within 3 inches from their face. Stephanie, Matt and Aaron use excuses and take no accountablily as they know they are in the wrongand know even a simple apology would show liability. Do not use this company when there are much better and safer solutions

I have used Mosquito Joe a few times for my back patio. When I was first scheduled with them via phone, it was very easy, but I was told that I could schedule all future appointments as needed online. That however, has not been the case. 2 treatments has been sufficient for my needs and yet I continue to receive notifications the day before they're due to come out even though I never scheduled another service. Keep in mind that even if you don't schedule, and they come out to do an "automatic " service based on their time-line, you will still be charged for that service. I'm not a fan of auto services, and I've told them already to take me off this schedule and I will call to set up when I need to, but they continue trying to auto schedule, and its getting old. Even though the service has worked, I'm starting to regret using them due to the schedule issue.
