Just this passed Summer I was attacked by bees and had to be rushed to the emergency room I was treated then told that I’m allergic to bee stings so I’m immediately called Geenix pest control and so far they’ve been on top of things they come and do a great job

The service rep was very thorough and professional. He explained everything in details. The rep that did my service today did an excellent job. The first time a picture of the inside of the units was taken and sent to me so I can see how much bate was eaten. This makes customers know that there’s still activity going on in their area. Today 3/17/26, I had my quarterly service done by two amazing techs. They listened to my concerns and went into action. For the first time any tech has done this which has been my concern all along is to walk around my foundation walls and find entry points for these rodents and address them. Well, they did that today and I’m very pleased with their professional service. Please, make them my default techs. Thank you!

If I could leave one star, I would. I was seen one time by Greenix. The appointment I scheduled was specifically for a flea treatment. When the exterminator showed up, he was only prepared for a standard appointment. Secondarily, I was needed to sign a contract while I was on the initial intake call. Which even at the time, I should have noticed was a red flag. I was seen for one treatment, and overall have been charged more than $500 after my cancellation fee with Greenix. The overall cancellation fee after tax was $328.15. I went with a local exterminator who has come back multiple times for the actual problem I had and was much less than this ridiculousness. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. I am also not one to leave reviews. Ridiculous.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. DONT BE FOULED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS. RUN BEFORE THEY COST YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. FILTER ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. They have horrible communication skills as entire company. Multiple weeks the techs have communicated different things and haven't followed through on them. The first week the tech texted me saying he was ten minutes away and then showed up almost two hours later. When I asked him what happened he said he had problems with his truck. He should have communicated that as soon as he wasn't going to be able to make the ten minutes ETA. I work as field technician for a company and anytime I have any issues I always ensure my member are aware of any set backs. They were scheduled today to come between 8-10AM today. He showed up at 3pm.. I asked him why he's showing up at 3 and then he just tried walking inside without getting my permission first. My daughter was laying down for a nap so again I reminded him that the scheduled time was from 8-10.. he just walked away and said I guess I'll tell them it was denied access then... THEY HAVE VERY PUSHY SALES TATICS ANE HAVE YOU SIGN BEFORE YOU EVEN GET OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM. NOT ALLOWING YOU TO READ THAT THERE IS A 350 DOLLAR CANCELLATION FEE AND YOU HAVE TO PAU THE REMAINED IF OF THE 12 MONTHS OF SERVICE. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL THIS WEEK.

I AM SO TIRED OF BEING INVOLUNTARILY CHARGED $75 EVERY MONTH. I have cancelled with this company MONTHS ago due to seeing bugs for the entire year I’ve used them. They continue to charge my account, try to sell me back in, show up and spray, AND WILL NOT REMOVE MY CARD AND STOP TAKING MY MONEY. The WORST year of pest control EVER, the worst customer service, and the worst account managers.

If there were 0 stars I would place it on that . They don’t wear shoe covers and made my clean carpets all muddy, he then proceeds to replace the glue traps, that had bugs all over them and throws the trash in a wheel barrel in my garage…. Didn’t even ask me for a trash can !!!!! It was truly this one tech that ruined it for me .

Greenix customer service is absolutely terrible. Not able to easily reschedule a service appt and the reps are hard to understand or rude. Also rep Jordan who came on-site was rude when sending texts. We have been members for years but will no longer continue our business with Greenix

The particular service person (Austin) that came today was extremely unprofessional. He was asked by our landscapers to please not spray his chemicals around them. He laughed and kept spaying. Then proceeded to spray the upper deck when there were clearly workers below. To me this is absolutely unacceptable. We are currently attempting to sever our contract with this company due to this situation. Needless to say, I do not recommend Greenix.

RUNNNN from this company. I was tricked by the good reviews - maybe they pay people to lie for them I don’t know. Called to set up rodent services. Told the guy exactly what the issue was and that I needed them gone from my house. He could have someone come out the next day and I wouldn’t be charged anything until after the service. BUT I had to input my credit card information on their portal before he could schedule the appointment and he waited on the phone while I did it like I was a child. I was charged immediately. Whatever. Technician comes out. He was late but friendly. Says he can’t treat the inside of the house because I only set up an exterior plan. An interior plan would be $150!!!! Whatever I paid it and I thought we scheduled the next weeks service - same day and time. Next week comes and he’s a no call, no show. Sent him a text - nothing. I call the company the next day wanting to cancel. Service has been terrible and I felt deceived. They wanted to make it up by having someone come out as soon as possible. At this point, I’ll just call someone more reputable. OH and of course I get charged a $250 cancellation fee even after 1 week and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy.

Absolute scam of a company. I cannot recommend on a good conscious. They were responsive and seemed legitimate while showing concern before we signed on. Once they lock you into a contract they don’t follow through, difficult to get a hold of (they have a separate line for “members”) and when they do respond they send amateur people who have no idea how to handle the problem that you hired on for. Do not be fooled! Hire locals who take pride in their work.
