Our church has been harassed by Pointe Pest Control over the past several months. They failed to send us a bill, then once we became aware, we had it paid within a very short time. Yet, they continue to harass us. We were on a twice a year service with Reliable, and after the extremely poor customer service from Pointe, I called our technician & let him know we would not continue the service. He was polite. I then wrote an email to Pointe notifying them we would no longer be using their services. I have received two or three more emails from them saying I have to call in & cancel our “monthly” billing subscription. We have never been on a monthly service. I have asked them to stop sending us emails as we already notified them in writing that we would no longer use their twice a year service. We never had an issue when it was Reliable. It’s unfortunate that it in our case Pointe has been so difficult to deal with.

We always get Rob and he is fantastic. Does a very thorough job every time, very friendly, and since contracting with reliable we have never had any issues with bugs or customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

We are on a contract with Reliable/Pointe Pest Control whereas they come out quarterly. They were scheduled for this month(next week, in fact) I called this morning to request a check as we had caught 2 mice in 2 days. Hunter came out(45 minutes away) within 2 hours. He baited all of the boxes outside, left small bait boxes inside, and left us with sticky traps. He did a thorough seach around possible openings. It is important to note that we have had construction equipment here during the past week having a pond redug. This may have caused the unreset outside with mice. I appreciate Hunter's willingness to be prompt and thorough. I know without a doubt that if we encounter any further issues, he will be here to take care of us.

Rodents and pests have a funny way of showing up when you don’t want them and refusing to leave on their own. Kind of like bad dates. This company handled the situation quickly, professionally, and drama-free. Five stars! Kevin did a fine job.
