Horrible infestation especially on the second floor. Our serviceman arrived on time, took me through the house explaining what he would do and temp to be used, etc. Most of which had been gone over before. He was helpful, sensitive to our needs, very polite and knew what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company if you have this problem in your home

Our grandson spent the night somewhere and brought home bedbugs. He had bites all over his legs. We bagged everything up that he brought home, but evidently a bug escaped. We found one on his pillow about two weeks later called Midwest. They were out the next day excellent service and know what they’re doing

Caleb was awesome. Extremely knowledgable, answered ALL my questions & was genuinely concerned I had ALL the signs of BB’s & was absolutely certain of it. So Caleb could have easily sold me his service, or simply said ‘you dont’ & left for his 2 hour drive home. Instead right off he told me I was wrong. And then spent the next 1/2 hour answering all my questions & looking in more places just because I asked him to. I am very lucky I didnt. But if I had he would have been who I hired - hands down!

We had Midwest out to fumigate for bedbugs in a Triplex of mine. They only treated one of the apartments and to much of my concern I reached out and asked if there was ANY possible way that the bugs could be pushed to another apartment? They laughed at me and told me "absolutely not, they are killed on contact" ... I then asked if we started seeing them again if they'd come back out to follow up, and again they laughed at me and said "like I just said, they are killed on contact, they won't come back" ...I left it alone as I felt reassured the professionals knew better than me. Not long after the fumigation one of my tenants was seeing them again (the apartment that was having the issue and had been treated) ...we reached back out immediately and were told "just spray em when you see em" At this point my ENTIRE building has them and the infestation is growing RAPIDLY!! Not only do I have a much bigger, much more expensive issue on my hands -- but I am losing tenants -- and in the small town where we are from, word travels fast and my reputation as a landlord is being trashed. I have reached out to the technician I spoke with and also the company. They have been zero help in making this issue right and were very unprofessional with how they spoke with me. They advertise a "100% GUARANTEE KILLS ON CONTACT" which is the key reason we chose to hire this company on. They have only made the issue WORSE (much worse) and at this point they have stopped communicating with me at all. If I could leave ZERO STARS I would, but Google makes you leave at least one. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! For the same price -- just save yourself the stress and money and HIRE TERMINIX and get it done the right way the first time! They are so much more thorough and they offer ALOT more under the same price that Midwest offers.

Very Professional Service. Arrived on time, and left later than expected. They really wanted to double check & make sure the job was done properly. Highly recommend

They communicated well. Their prep instructions were good. They were respectful. They were friendly. Their machine broke down the day before they were supposed to come do our house, which was very frustrating; but they came the day after even though it was a Saturday. That said, we're only a couple weeks post-treatment. We have done the chemical treatment twice over the past 6 months, and each time bugs showed up a month or two later. So we will see... Still, they have a 90 day guarantee, which is awesome. That shows they are confident in their efficacy; of note, the chemical treatments offer no guarantee. We will be doing a whole-house deep clean/inspection a few times over the next couple months!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Contacted them about bed bugs. They came to do the treatment messed up my driveway with there truck trying to back in. Then said they couldn't warranty cause they didn't bring enough or proper equipment to do the job. The room they said they couldn't warranty doesn't have bugs but the 2 rooms closest to the truck has bugs again. Communication is prompt with them til they get there money then zero Communication. They flipped my mattress over and broke a lamp and picture frames, recliner in the living room looked like it was thrown into the dining room. There pics on there page show it looking very nice and professional when they r done. Far from the truth. If u don't have enough hose or portable equipment to do the job right then u shouldn't b doing the job in the first place. So $1800 later and we still have bugs. Crooks take ur money and don't hold up to the warranty.

They were able to get us taken care of very quickly and responded almost immediately to any questions we had along the way.

They was very informative but we were unable to utilize their services due to apartment complex was uncooperative.
