Great company with some of the nicest people around doing excellent pest control work!

Trevor Hertlein sprays at my parent’s house and before he left today he lead our family dog to his dog bed, AND covered him up with the blanket! 🥹 Our dog is terrified of storms and I just know it meant the world to Buddy to feel secured like that. We obviously like their service but this goes beyond, and it was so sweet to see a stranger love our dog like we do. ♥️ Definitely recommend their business, and kudos to Trevor for being a wonderful human. side note - we have a cameras everywhere, and one is in our living room to watch our dog.

Amazing up front customer service. The employer doing the work has kept in contact with me about dates and times, and the office personnel have been kept in the loop by both us to ensure everything is done and charged correctly. Excellent teamwork at this company, time will tell if their rodent tactics are up to par!

This service is provided through my rental, but it would do less harm to not receive this service at all. I have received treatment monthly and then for a specific cockroach infestation. Three times, the same pest control has left my apartment unlocked and unattended. I have complained each time. I can see him him unlock the door, but somehow manages to just not lock it back up. I am very upset with this negligence. DO NOT trust this company with your property. They are careless and reckless.

They are a pack of liars that think that they are building inspectors. They have cause a bunch of trouble with people in housing like threats and harrasment.

They do Aptments in Downing Missouri. The man that came wss rude and only sprayed the living room not the kitchen or bathroom. He was rude to not only me but others in the complex including the manager. The man that sprayed before him was nice and easy to talk to. I'd like to see him come back not this rude worker no it all. He needs to be retrained and if he wants to work with the public he needs an attitude adjustment

I contacted them via msg and left my phone number they did not return my call. I called and talked to a person, it tomorrow was after business hours and I was told someone would call me and they haven't.

Called twice and was told I'd receive a call back for mosquito and ant issues at my house.. no one ever called.
