I have been a customer of this pest control company for quite some time, which is why it is disappointing to see the decline in service. The technicians have always been friendly and professional, but the overall customer experience has become much more difficult to manage. Scheduling has become increasingly frustrating, and getting in contact with the company when there are questions or concerns is often a challenge. Communication does not seem to be as consistent or responsive as it used to be, making it harder to get issues addressed in a timely manner. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer communication and scheduling processes. There is clearly a history of providing good service, but the current experience feels like a step backward from what long-time customers have come to expect.

I signed up for the pest control program. Was quoted a price of $19 for the first application and $90 for each subsequent application for the front and back yard of my property. They pulled a "Bait and Switch" on me and charged me $90 for the first application. My program was quoted for once a month. The first application was in June. Thirty days later, I called the office to inquire about the date of the second application. I was told the second application was scheduled for the first week of August, completely skipping the July application.After those two errors, I called to cancel my program. The account manger, Devin, took the call and he could definitely use a customer service course, to say the least. Overall impression of this attempt for service to my lawn, one star.
