Fast, friendly, fair and effective!

We've been using Odom's for several years and I truly can't imagine using anyone else at this point. Their customer service is top notch - they are beyond professional, friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Whether it's our yearly spring treatment or my freak out finding termite damage, they are tremendously helpful (and reassuring!). Highly, highly recommend using Odom's!!

They got me scheduled the following day when they were already scheduled to be at our neighbor's! It's been a very effective one-time treatment, and they also offer plans for every several months or semi-annual. It's worth paying them because of the amount of the many hours it takes to move out of my kitchen and then back in!! "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" for sure when it comes to roaches!!!

Set up appointment on Monday for a technician to come out on Thursday at 5:00pm. No one showed up and did not receive a phone call. Did a lot of prep work and then they don’t show up.

Been dealing with them for a long time and they always offer prompt and friendly service!
