Came out for a follow up & said they needed to upcharge me for my additional buildings & when I asked why they never mentioned this for the last 2 years they acted like they did me a favor. I would be willing to pay for additional add ons, but not out of the blue. It’s not my fault the employees didn’t add them until now. The kid said “I’m the owners son so the answer isn’t gonna change when they call you back” anyone that has to throw out who they are is a no in my book. Pretty disappointing as

The reason I chose him was his humor, knowledge and the fact that he DIDN'T try to sell me anything. I called two other companies first and they tried to sell me their services calling me repeatedly when I just wanted to get a price. Thank you Jim for handing me your card at the car wash that day!! There are so many pest companies I would not have known about you as easily!! These guys are the bomb! Literally! They are kind, professional and fast! Not only responding to my initial call but to the service! Speaking of service!! They got me scheduled the following day when they were already scheduled to be at our neighbor's! It's been a very effective one-time treatment, and they also offer plans for every several months or semi-annual. It's worth paying them because of the amount of the many hours it takes to move out of my kitchen and then back in!! "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" for sure when it comes to roaches!!!
