The service men are very kind who come out but the value for the service and what you pay is not worth it. Buy a container of insecticide yourself and spray around the exterior of your house. Save yourself the outrageous yearly contract. It costs you even more if you want add-on basic services that I believe should be standard in the contract. Be sure you read the contract carefully before you hand over your well earned money. And if you are even 1 day late on a payment they harass you non-stop
