Don is an absolute legend. I genuinely don't know how to articulate how much I appreciate the work he's done for me. He knows what he's doing, tells you the straight truth about his industry, and does what he says he's going to do. I almost never leave reviews, especially for contractors; Don is the exception. I've had carpenter bees in my soffits, carpenter ants in my living room, and springtails in my kitchen. Each time he's come out he's had a rational approach to the problem and stands by his work when he leaves. I no longer fear bugs; I fear the day Don retires.

I would highly recommend Don Daily of Hi-Tech Pest Control. I had a problem with bees going inside the wall of my brick garage. He came out next day and called when on the way. He was extremely knowledgeable of my problem and described my situation. He took care of the problem right away and guaranteed his work. He was a very warm and trusting person. Even patched the crevice between the brick. Haven’t seen any bees since he exterminated.

I spoke to Don on the phone Friday morning. He said he’d be able to make it to my house the same day, which was great because I had some Yellow Jackets I wanted to get rid of before they did any major damage to my house. He said he’d give me a call with a 30 minute heads up. He did. I showed him the problem. He diagnosed and provided me a reasonable quote. He went right to work getting rid of the Yellow Jackets. By the time the evening came around, I noticed a lot less activity in the area and I checked this morning and they are completely gone. Don was friendly and professional and I appreciate his help and expertise. Would definitely use Hi Tech and Don for future pest control needs.
