There tech walked down the center of my back yard today with a hand held spreader. No spray for the weeds. Used the riding spreader in the front. Still no spray for the weeds. We're good last year this year got lazy. All on security cameras.

Fantastic customs service! They always call beforehand (per my request) and they are honest annd transparent about the services you need, they do not push a service if you don’t need it. Also, if you have any tree issues, Tom is their tree whisperer, he is incredibly knowledgeable! Great company!!

This is the second season I have a customer of Independent Lawn service. The best experience I've had with this lawn company has been with Eric Levine. In fact, he is the main reason I initially signed up with this company. He is superior in his customer service , committed to his profession and genuine in the manner he relates to his customers. He makes sure you are satisfied with your service and results of your lawn. I feel very fortunate to have found this company. Eric is definitely an asset!

I have been a customer of this company for the past eight years. During this time, they consistently offered me a good price for their lawn care services. To take advantage of discounts and secure the best deals, I would typically prepay for their services each year. This year, the company unexpectedly doubled their rate. Due to the significant price increase, I decided not to continue using their services. I found another lawn care service provider who offered similar services at half the price. I was unaware that the company had an auto-renewal policy and forgot to cancel my service in advance. As a result, they came and fertilized my lawn before I could contact them to cancel the service. I want other customers to be aware of this auto renewal trap, as they hike the price by 200% and you end up paying double what other lawn care companies are offering.

Our lawn looks great this year and ILS has kept the weeds away. I like that they text you the day before an application so you can postpone the service if need be. Patrick (sales) and office staff work well with customers. Techs provides good lawn care tips.
