Thank you Nathan!!! I can’t even believe how lucky I got that Nathan happened to drive by my truck considering I ran out of gas…. It was almost midnight on a Friday and I was on my way home from Meijer and McDonald’s. I was in 8mile just west of meadowbrook road. Literally 1 mile from my house and my brand new truck runs out of gas. I was trying for almost 30mins to push it off the main road into a subdivision. There must have been 100 plus cars that drove by and nobody would stop to help. Then “thank God” Nathan drove by and immediately stopped and offered to help. We ended up getting in out of the road and safely parked. He was on his way home from a 15 hour work day and still helped me without even thinking of himself. We started talking and we’re both business owners lol so we had a lot to talk about while we were moving the truck. I told him I live a mile away and had groceries and things and before I could even ask for a ride home Nathan offered to drop me off. I was moved by this because I’m the same type of person that will always help someone in need and I thanked him over and over again. He wouldn’t except any money from me so I insisted he brings his parents and girlfriend to my restaurant tomorrow for breakfast. Which he did and that made my day cause I got to return I kind gesture to a man who deserves it! I couldn’t thank him enough and told his parents they raised a great real man! Nathan thank you again for everything! I truly mean it and I wish you nothing but the best. But a guy like you will only get the best because that’s just who you are… Thank You! Johnny Mourtos

Absolutely won't be calling anyone else again! Tom talked to me about what to do about the fleas I was seeing in my home and he didn't charge me anything! I appreciate SO much that he was not trying to sell me something I didn't need and answered ALL of my endless questions. Especially when I have 2 small kids and an infant in my house and would prefer not to fill my house full of pesticide sprays if I don't need it! So thankful!

I used them 15 years ago to remove a bee’s nest (a great job and price), but here’s today’s story! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have a few bug/bee issues going on at our house and, in a phone call, Tom of Pest Masters answered all of my questions. I’m sure he could’ve come out to investigate the issues and charge me to tell me the same things, but instead he was kind enough to put my mind at ease, explaining resolves for my issues and advising me what to do and NOT do going forward. Then, he had me set a reminder to call in September to set up a visit to address one of these concerns when the timing is right (and ONLY if I decide to spend the cash doing it). I won’t hesitate to make that appointment in September as needed. Kudos, Pest Masters! 🐞🐝

I called taskmasters after a visit to the dermatologist left me paranoid that I had transferred bedbugs from a hotel to my home. Tom was amazing! He stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes - asking so many questions and being actually more thorough and detailed than my dermatologist! Not only did he calm my nerves and paranoia, he gave me tips on how to check for bedbugs which totally worked. Tom, please don’t take me this the wrong way because I hope I don’t ever have to call you with pest concerns 😃 But if I ever do have a situation, you will be my first call! I highly recommend Tom and his pest masters company to anyone that has questions, concerns, or need service!

Ecoshield Pest is always prompt, easy to change appointments, very respectful of property and pets. Rodrick was the representative that came in June and as always did a wonderful job. I would recommend them highly!

Customer service/satistfaction is non existent with this company anymore. I think they are trying to make quick bucks by getting you to sign up for the 6 month service. Have been a customer for 4 years. The first 3 years I had good results with the ant problem after one application. This year, it’s as if they never even sprayed. I called today to let them know I was still having an ant issue and they were very quick to let me know the service they provide is not guaranteed, and they do not offer a reapplication unless it is paid for. I have already paid $175 for a service, that I feel I did not receive, why would I pay more for a reapplication? This sounds like a scam to me. All I asked for was for the back of the house to be sprayed again in the area of a small back patio (ground level, cement patio that is connected to the house) where we are having an any issue inside the house with ants. The poor customer service I received on the other end of the phone shocked me. It is very upsetting to pay for a service and not see results that should be seen, then to be treated the way I did because I brought it to their attention. Yes, during that conversation I was so upset I dropped some F bombs, but that is how upset they made me. No customer should ever feel that way, especially from a small company as this that I thought was different from other companies. They proved me wrong. They mentioned their phone was ringing off the hook from customers who have had services by them. I wonder why. They have lost two customers today, myself and my neighbor. Buyer beware, take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. Had the need again this year to use their services. As usual, a quick call to them, they reviewed my service call history and set me up with a quick appointment. I specifically verified my appointment time & date and asked what the charges would be and was quoted a cost. Much to my surprise, on the day of service and once the work was ALREADY complete, I was given the bill and attempted to pay by plastic (VISA/DEBIT) and was told the owners are now charging a fee of 4+% for using plastic. Not a very ethical or professional practice to quote a price and send your employees out to collect additional fees to unsuspecting clients. You had every opportunity to inform me of these charges at the time I asked for the price. Or at best, this new “back door policy” should be posted on your webpage. You’ve lost a loyal customer....I WON’T be back!!!!

I am a beekeeper and I have a neighbor who uses Pest Masters. Both she and I have spoken to the owner and technician on more than one occasion to make sure that the spraying occurs first thing in the morning when the bees are not foraging. Of course I would prefer it not to happen at all! It was even noted that spraying should occur first thing in the morning on the paperwork that I saw after having a polite conversation with the technician on more than one occasion. Spraying has occurred at least three times (that I was home) in the midday. Today is at least the fourth occurrence. Supposedly the owner is a beekeeper, Ha that is ironic!!! I would not recommend this company as they can't even schedule their spraying for a reasonable request!

Don’t use Pest Masters Inc. They treated our house 3 weeks ago ($150) and were supposed to comeback if we have any more problems. I called today, b/c I noticed some ants in the kitchen and they told me that I would have to pay extra, b/c they only have “warranty” for spiders...(we didn’t have any spiders to begin with). Total scam!!!

I have many rental properties but I inquired if they could come to one in Detroit located on Plymouth and Evergreen. Which is approximately 10 minutes from their location and I was told they don't do Detroit. I wonder if they do Detroit lions or Detroit tigers or Detroit Pistons or Detroit Red Wings. It's funny how people pick and choose what Detroit they choose to be associated with. Most of my properties are in the suburbs but your business will not handle any.

Called just for a price on one time death traps to be set for Rats. $425. I said ok, to much and he hung up on me

Very professional and knowledgeable company. I was referred by a friend and I signed up for the text program. I received $5 off and they will give me updates of when to spray for other pests. Thankfully I haven't seen any bees around my house lately. Don't forget to refer a friend, or two, or three for more deals!

All I did was call about possible services that I was interested in getting and the guy just immediately jumped on me about how much bed bug treatments were cost wise. Though he did dispense decent advice, he talked to me as if I was a child, just kept repeating to not talk about bed bugs unless you actually have them. This guy definitely needs some work on his customer service skills. Based on just that, I wouldn't even bother trying to get service through them.
