Not all heroes wear capes, or bee suits, or even long sleeve T-shirts. I contacted you guys after discovering a yellow jacket nest under the AC unit. Not even 2 hours later Jason showed up. I recommend we kill them with fire, he said no need, the fairy dust he had was gonna make them suffer sufficiently. I was a little apprehensive since the little j3rks bit me 3 times and I was out for blood. Well, not even 3 hours after he left, they were nowhere to be found. I guess they all went back to the depths He11 they crawled out of. ProAction was fantastic. We called about two wasp nests and Jason, the co-owner, was at our house within 30 minutes. He gave a clear assessment and treated everything right away. Less than 8 hours later, the wasps are almost completely gone. Jason was kind, professional, and very quick. Highly recommend ProAction for fast and reliable pest control.

Dylan Frazier from Pro Action Pest Control came to our home because we woke up to nearly 100 yellow jackets in our kitchen. He was at our home within an hour and found the spot outside where the yellow jackets were entering their nest and living in our wall. He also found the hole where they were getting from the wall into our kitchen and plugged that for us. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took his time explaining the process and the outcome. The treatment was safe for our dog and us. The service was very affordable. We also signed up for the quarterly inspection and treatment. I’m so glad I called Pro Action Pest Control! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

I had a huge hornets nest in my backyard and called ProAction. They sent Dylan Frazier out within hours! He was so professional and took care of it immediately!! He also sprayed the perimeter of my home!!

This company was so helpful when we needed them. I called right when they opened in the morning seeking ASAP assistance in ridding our exterior property of several yellow jacket nests that had not responded to the store bought treatments we had used. I spoke with Pam who was so kind and understanding and she was able to schedule a technician out to our house same day. Our technician Matt was thorough with the treatments and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done as well as helpful tips for prevention in the future. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends!

Inhumane trapping. They left a racoon in a live trap for so long that she died from heat exhaustion and infection from flies. HORRILBE INHUMMANE COMPANY. if you are looking to relocate wild animals please take time to find someone who has a heart and actually cares not a greedy rotten heartless company like this. SHAME ON YOU

Did not get good results at all with this company. They came our on 2/21 and we still had same problem over 3 weeks later. I called and the same guy they came on 3/18 and wanted to charge us another $225. I called the office and they said they'd have the Supervisor call me. They never called me back! They certainly DO NOT stand behind their work! So if you want to waste your money and get no results, this is the company for you

This company is a SCAM they do not care or put down poison. They came to my house charged my mother 400 dollars for "invisible" poison for 1 rodent, DID NOT service the whole house and Pam was rude and lied multiple times. They won't come back nor explain to her what services. Beware of Proaction, please choose another company.

Bad communication and responsiveness, had a service for 3 months to deal with mice problem but never received an email or phone calls to explain the progress but simply sending paychecks every month. Called in 2 months ago asking for status, was told the technician will reach out to explain but never did. Made another call today and the lady who picked up the phone at front desk apparently don’t give a damn or empathy about customers’ problem or frustration. She won’t bother to hear you out first but instead will lecture and complain about your attitude while she was the one starting with the wrong tone. Already canceled the service today, I don’t think she care anyways.

I needed a rat/bat inspection to be taken care of and find out if there are any. I called Pro Action, described what has happened and they quoted $190-$230 as estimate for the service, which I was ok with, thinking the whole house will be inspected. The following day, a technician comes in and puts a ladder to the attic area (said him where the rat/bat droppings were found from my house pre-purchase inspection report) and he throws few baits from standing on the ladder and asks for $300. He didn’t even take 10mins to properly examine and I was surprised to hear him he was done. Later followed up on a phone call with pro action representatives, they have just been saying they will actively follow up for the 4 times I’ve called, it’s been 2 weeks as of (05/16/2023) I see no one following up nor responding to my phone calls. Worst Experience!!

I called to have a racoon in my crawl space removed. "Specialist" came out and threw bait into the hole the racoon created. Told me the racoon would eat the bait and go out to die. Week later racoon is still tearing up all of the installation in my basement. I called another company. But $250 wasted...

The technician showed up at an unscheduled time and didn’t do any inspection. He did spray the exterior of our home, which killed some of the bugs but did not resolve our issue inside the house. Waste of time and money.

Jul13 I called inquiring about exterminating ants at one of my rental properties. The lady I spoke with was very professional. She estimated $100-200 depending on the ant species. Because it was raining, she said they could spray inside but would have to come back another day to do the outside. The technician showed up, identified the species as “slab ants” and said an expensive chemical would be needed as this species was the hardest to kill. He said it would cost $318. He also said he would spray outside that day even though it was raining. When I asked about the price and spraying in the rain, he was rude to me and my tenant. He said the front office “girls” don’t know what they are taking about and that since I seem to know the business better than him, that I could tell him what to do. I did. I ordered him off my property and reported the incident to the office. I did not receive a call back from the company. I have since confirmed with several companies that slab ants are the easiest to treat. I ended up hiring RJ’s Pest Control, who for $150 treated the entire outside perimeter, main floor, and basement. There are no longer ants in the house. It was the complete opposite of my experience with ProAction Pest Control.
