Inspector was super nice an kows his stuff. First guy was guessing this guy went straight to the entry and pointed out other things.

We had BTR come to our home for a mouse issue. They are quick to respond and very communicative. Scheduling was easy. I really appreciated the technician’s honesty — no efforts to upsell their services or make the situation seem worse than it actually was. Pricing was affordable.

My office had a huge issue with box Elder bugs. They aren't harmful just a nuisance. I called BTR and they quoted a price that is more than reasonable. The tech came out, he was friendly, asked if I wanted him to hit any spots extra, and explained it all very well. On top of all that great service they gave a 90 day warranty! The tech explained it may not be instant that we notice a difference but I have not seen a bug yet! Highly recommend!

They came out within 24 hours of our call, were on time, and were very knowledgeable. We thought we had mice in our roof crawl space, but turns out we have bats. Will definitely use them again!

Very affordable and thorough. My inspector was Jason, he gave me a lot of info, did a thorough inspection, and was very kind and helpful. This is a great company, and Jason is great!

I waited to provide a review because I wanted to see how long it would take for the bugs to come back. I hired BTR back in mid-May. My main issue every year is box elder bugs. They normally start showing up around May, and every year I have my house sprayed inside and out to prevent them. I have no complaints about the service provided by BTR. The service guy was kind, professional, and seemingly proficient. However, this is my first year using BTR, I normally use CJB, and I'm disappointed with how quickly the bugs came back. With CJB I barely see another bug on or in my house all year. Unfortunately that isn't the case this year with BTR, the bugs started covering my house last month, they're also getting inside. I'm past the 3 month guarantee so I'd have to pay someone to come back out and respray. For this reason, I'll likely go back to CJB next year; not because of BTR's service, they were lovely from start to finish, but because their spray or method or combination of both, didn't work as well on my home. 5 stars for service, 3.5 for how well the product worked. Update: I assume BTR must've seen this review. Even though this isn't the account I used to contact them, they contacted me after I posted this review and had a guy (I believe the same guy from before) come out and respray the outside of my house for FREE! That's beyond great customer service. It's only been a few days so those bugs are still coming, but I know the spray doesn't work immediately so I wasn't expecting them to be gone the next day. I just needed to let everyone know that this is a really great company and they stand by their work and service.

Called and got an appointment the next day. Everyone was so kind and explained everything to me (never had to deal with pests before). I never got the guy that came name but he was so kind, walked me through everything , was thorough and answered all my questions about my wasp problem. Would recommend to anyone at anytime!

I called BTR pest control on Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday between 5-7 pm. They never showed up to the appointment, I tried calling with no response, I’ve left a voicemail and text message and still no response. Very unprofessional. If you can’t make an appointment, it’s common courtesy to contact and let the other person who is waiting on you to know.

Being concerned about a yellow jacket nest, I contacted BTR / Bee Treated Right, and had an appointment the next day, making me 100% happy at the get go. Chris Brown was my technician and was beyond amazing. I had a whopper of a nest just inside my crawl space. When Chris was finished, he was able to remove most of the nest with very few yellow jackets remaining. I'm confident that Chris did everything needed to remedy my issue. Their 90 day warranty backing up their work is comforting and a huge deal to me! Thanks BTR, thanks Chris B, I will use you again for other services. So wonderful to find such a great company with great people!

We had racoons in our attic. I was referred to BTR by one of my friend and I am extremely happy with the service they have provided. They are highly professional and very reasonably priced. They did an excellent job finding and capturing racoons and took care of our issue. I highly recommend BTR for any of animal control issues. Chris and Carly are exceptionally great people to work with!

In this day and age after Covid when customer service is in the gutter, it is refreshing to see that there are family owned companies out there that actually care about making sure the customer is happy and going above and beyond to build their reputation. I cannot say more good things about BTR pest control. From the initial call with Stacey to the technician Chris who came out, they went above and beyond to make sure our issues were resolved. Their pricing was competitive too. This company was truly a great find and if everyone knew how good they were, they would be swamped with calls for their services. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with the services provided by BTR. I did my homework looking for a pest control company, and after talking to Stacy, decided to go for it. Chris came out and did an Awesome job. This is a fantastic business. They were on time, they did a fantastic job getting this huge wasp nest out of our shutters and he spayed our yard and house to prevent other pests. Chris also really took his time, he was personable and over all provided a stellar experience. My fiancé and I are first time home owners and this really lightened the load. Two years later and we are still using BTR every year for pest management. We have them come spray two or three times and year and have called them for specific things, too like a bird's nest in one of our vents. They still take their time every time. Chris is always so helpful and patient. Carly who answers the phones and does the schedule is always so kind on the phone and gets us in as soon as possible. The whole team is amazing and Chris really cares about the customer experience.

I tend to go with established companies but had an excellent experience with BTR. After calling around they are fairly and reasonably priced, sent text messages to confirm appointment and arrival time. My entire family witnessed the tech spraying all of our patio furniture, cushions and tables with pesticide. We called it quits with BTR at that point.

They are prompt and efficient. I felt valued as a repeat customer.

We recently switched from a big name company to BTR for our maintenance , you can tell the difference immediately. The attention to detail and level of professionalism is unmatched. They were able to price match what we were paying with our old company. I suggest more business owners look into switching to this family owned business.

I would not recommend this company. The home that I was calling for extermination services is a single dwelling. The house was not terribly infested, we were seeing a cockroach every now and we called them as a preventative measure before things got out of hand. Jason came out and did an extremely quick spray job and left. Very soon after, again we would see an occasional cockroach. We called, and we're told that there is no guarantee, and a long story about how roaches reproduce. For the price of their service, which was not cheap. I think I could have had better consideration after only two weeks or maybe a little longer I still saw an occasional roach. I am very dissatisfied to say the least and I am saying is be careful and do your homework When looking for an exterminator.

We are in Howell. They did a great job spraying for bees and bugs inside and outside. I bought the seasonal package. They are professional and timely. Carl was our technician and he was very pleasant and thorough. We highly recommend their services.
