I have been using Superior Pest Control bug service for the past three years and can say that I have not seen a any type of bug in my house! They are professional, friendly, prompt, and affordable. Thank you to all the techs at Superior Pest Control for all that you do!!

I operate a 7,000 sq ft Historic Building downtown. When I moved in last year we had signs of mice everywhere. I was referred to Superior Pest Control by the property owners so I called and requested service. They were there just a day or two later and the problem was eradicated immediately. And when I say immediately, I mean I never saw another mouse or dropping again. There was activity in a back area, which they noticed, treated, and now that's fixed too. On top of all of that, our technician, Chad, is amazing. Just the nicest guy ever and is always smiling and really seems to enjoy his job.. and he's good at it! I highly recommend them if you have any pest issues... well, except maybe your spouse.

We had them come to inspect our attic because we could hear something living in there. The inspection was poor and expensive. The advice we received was to get our tree trimmed and monitor the situation, because it was probably just chipmunks or a similarly small animal. We now know that it's raccoons. We have two small children. We didn't even receive any kind of quote about what removing the "small animals" would cost. Not that it would be accurate considering they missed the mark by so much. We even said that we thought the noise level was too much for something so small, but we were just told that even small animals make a lot of noise.

Superior pest control has superior service. The staff is diligent and great with taking care of pest issues. Scheduling went very smoothly. We will be using their services in the future.

Great experience with the whole Superior Pest Control team so far. Setting up the service was pain free, the people answering the phones are personable, honest and up front about their pricing and what they do. If you are currently shopping around you know what I mean. If you are a review reader like me go no further, this is the one. The first visit was great! They gave me a 2 hour window and their tech was there right at the beginning of that time window. Bruce was awesome! Super nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He was happy to answer any and all my questions and then went to work. Sprayed the inside and out and was done in about an hour. He let me know what he did and the next steps. He even gave me some tips and was on his way. Time will tell about the bugs but thus far all the people I've interacted with have been pleasant and you can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely want to help you solve your problem. Here's to killing all the carpenter ants on my property, hate them lol. Thanks again to Bruce and the whole Superior Pest Control team! 11/1/2024 Update. Met John today for the final spray in my tri-annual treatment (2nd treatment was outside only) and he was friendly, courteous and efficient just as Bruce was. Showed up at the time given, we spoke a bit about the process and he was done in about 35-45 minutes. I'm adding to my review to attest to the effectiveness of the service. After 5 years of fighting carpenter ants on and off through the seasons I can officially say we are free of them. (Knock on wood) I bought everything and tried everything and it usually only temporarily alleviated the problem. From their initial spray until this latest one I've only seen one live carpenter ant in my home, and that was about a week after the initial spray and it was dying. And where I would see them everywhere outside I also saw almost none. So if you're skeptical but tired of dealing with ants in your house and you don't want to break the bank this is the place. Great people to work with, reasonable pricing and it just works. Thanks again to Bruce, John and the whole Superior Pest Control team!

Was prompt with service, patient whole my family exited our home with our dog, and called as he was finished so I could lock up. Offered a great military discount! I will reuse this service, the pests around our house hopefully won't return too soon!!

These guys were AWESOME! Suddenly our downstairs bathroom was full of wasps from vent. Office called me back immediately and John was there within 2 hours. He knew exactly how to get them out….and they were GONE! What a relief!! Can’t thank you enough…..and I will be using Superior again! Call them if you need it handled fast…and effectively!!

I consider Texas (the owner) a friend and I first met him when I did property management in Lafayette. Even once I left the company and didn’t have a bunch of business to throw his way, he’s helped me several times with anything from mice in a country home to wasps/ants/hornets. He’s responsive, extremely good at what he does, and super kind. I’d recommend him to anyone!

I've used Superior for years in multiple homes. After a number of issues with bees and ants in the home, for the last number of years, I've subscribed to their tri-annual service to prevent insects in the home all year. The office staff as well as technicians are all respectful and incredibly responsive to requests. I'm given a 2-hour window for the service and they are always on time. I highly recommend Superior to anyone needing pest control services..
