Tried getting them set up as a vendor to service a mouse problem in our office. Sent the paperwork on 11/18 and was very specific to complete and return all pages All but two pages were returned. Sent another email on 12/9 asking for the remaining pages and to please reply if Proof Pest Control was no longer interested in providing service to our office. Never received a response of any kind. If this is indicative of their culture, clearly a headache was avoided. Timely responses are crucial when setting up vendor relationships. It's very disappointing they did not complete the paperwork or respond to my follow-ups, which raises concerns about their reliability and customer service. If you're looking for pest control services, consider researching companies with better communication and responsiveness. NO I would not recommend.

•••CUSTOMER BEWARE••• Now that I’ve had some issues and experience with this company I can confidently say that if you’re looking for a company to monitor mouse and other pest intrusion, CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! I have been paying monthly for two years to keep mice and other pests out and away from my home. I have had to fight tooth and nail to get them to come out and check the bait stations as frequently as needed. Often they would report coming to my home but I would see no evidence of that with my cameras. Communication has been poor at best. -THE FINAL STRAW Finally, at the beginning of July, I learned that my entire attic is full of mice. How? I could smell the dead mice basically “cooking” in my attic. It took some time for me to figure out where the smell was coming from, or what the smell actually was. Once I learned what the situation was, communicated the info to proof. I could not figure out how something like this could have happened when I have been subscribed to their service monthly, for two years. During that communication, I learned that proof.Pest Control does NOT assess possible intrusion points beyond the ground level. What does this mean? It means any areas beyond/above the foundation level, they do not deal with. They told me that a different pest control company will have to inspect attic/ roof and high up areas bc Proof will not. Additionally, Proof will not cover any cost for rectifying the situation nor will they even step foot anyone’s attic to remove any dead pests. That also has to be done with a different pest control company according to Proof. Don from proof reached out after I notified them of the mice that were found in my attic. He said he needed to schedule a visit to my home to inspect ground level intrusion points that were possibly missed initially and to verify whether or not there are actually mice in my attic. That is the level of service you get from proof Pest Control. FOLLOW UP: After learning that I left a bad review review, I received another call from Don informing me that due to my recent review, they will not be coming out to assess any possible intrusion points that they missed that caused this whole problem. He also said that proof Pest Control would not be servicing my home now, or in the future. This is how proof Pest Control does business.

Be really careful when signing up for this service- they charge you $200 to cancel the “membership” and aren’t forthcoming about this when the salesmen sign you up in the first place. They just said “you can cancel anytime”. Yes it’s in the fine print which my partner should have read but it’s a bummer to pay all this money to try to get out of a service that doesn’t take care of the pests in the first place.

Turns out I didn't even have bugs. The technician called his boss and his boss said do it anyway. I have 4 cats a dog and a turtle I had to remove from the home on 2 separate occasions and paid $800 and it was all unnecessary! Be certain you have bugs because they will not inform you otherwise. They will just spray unnecessary poison everywhere. Not at all impressed.

RE: mosquito/tick service. Nice enough guy, it sure would be nice if I could get the same tech each time (so I have confidence the job is being done correctly) Also I would like to have a least a weeks notice of arrival. I don't feel like anyone including myself could walk down to the perimeter of the white flags and back up in the time he was here, let alone spray the enitre lot. I felt the same the last service as well. Sad that I have to keep a eye out to make sure the job is complete. I guess I have to just watch the enitre process next time to make sure it is complete. By the time I got my shoes on there to talk to him, he was gone.

Some guy with a Proof shirt and hat came walking up my driveway on a Saturday. No brochures, clipboard, or anything. He was smart to stand a distance from my front door because I had my 75 lb. dog by the collar. He explained that he was in the neighborhood providing pest control to my neighbors. He offered to spray my property for half the rate on Monday. I declined because it sounded like a scam. I didn’t even see a vehicle anywhere. A shirt and hat with a logo doesn’t convince me.

Some young man came up to our neighborhood houses, which is a private drive multiple times after being told no. He told me my neighbors were complaining about ant problems, which was not true! Felt pushy and unprofessional.

We live on a private drive. This is posted at the entrance to the driveway. Altho the technician was pleasant, he kept pushing the conversation after I said three times I was not interested. He also kept referring to his truck which was not on my driveway. Perhaps they should not solicit on private drives.

***UPDATED*** I had a very negative experience with their door-to-door solicitor today. We have a sign on our door that says not to knock or ring the doorbell because our infant might be sleeping. The solicitor rang the doorbell and woke up my infant. When I went to the door and asked if he had read the sign, he told me that he didn't. I told him to leave, but he proceeded to give me his pitch anyway. When I told him to stop and that he needed to leave, he told me I didn't "have to be so upset". Not once did he actually apologize. He also walked over mine and all of my neighbors' lawns instead of using the walkways. I can't speak to the actual pest control services of this company, but if their initial point of contact is any indication, I'm not impressed or happy. UPDATE: The customer service at proof. is wonderful. Mariah was very understanding and helpful. They were incredibly apologetic and said that they are using this as an opportunity to improve all aspects of their service. While nothing changes the first impression I was given of proof., I appreciate their commitment to doing better and holding their workers accountable.
