Terrible service and after asking multiple times to be taken off the list, I still get at least one call a week from them.

Sadly after 2 years of service I have more weeds than ever. While I repeatedly asked them to note that I have limited access into my backyard gates, through which their aerator equipment wouldn’t fit, they’d attempt to schedule this service. But, the real kicker is that they are a-ok with technicians leaving a religious message on my invoice, seems to them it’s just the techs way to wish me a good day as they don’t acknowledge that it’s offensive to some and unprofessional to say the very least. It’s time for us to part ways.

This is my first time using AAA, however, I have never had brown grass nor have I ever had crab grass or weeds in my lawn. Something was done on the second or third treatment that killed my grass totally my grass is now orange and brown compared to rich green grass that I had for years. They offer me a refund as I requested, but refused to fix the lawn. The manager told me he will be out and it was an easy fix, but he didn’t come out so I gave the office a call and the owner called me back and he was very rude. Told me to go back to True Green. I recorded everything as they had. And now I have to take legal actions, which is not good customer service. I would love to show pictures. I’m trying to figure that out how to do

They need to pay attention to the neighbors and not block the yard

Absolute horrible service I would have gave it 0 stars if I could, don't waste your money ,go to true green, the rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. They don't care about the problems you're having with your lawn. They're weed killer is horrible doesn't work and the secretary lady was one of the rudest old bats that I've ever spoken to.

AAA does an awesome job! They service multiple properties for us. The employees are great and punctual. The office staff is great with any questions as well. Highly recommend

This is our first year signed up for weed prevention service and I was a bit disappointed at first with the time it look to receive our first application. The guy just came today and seems to have done a great job. Even moved the chairs by our fire pit that I forgot to move to ensure the yard was fully treated. I’m eager to see how well the treatment works and happy with our choice of service so far!

I have been using them for years and the service and value they provide simply cannot be found anywhere else. Their tech is friendly, knowledgeable and careful at each application. My lawn is so thick, I really think I could drive my truck on it and not bend the blades enough to reach the dirt...lol

They suck. My front lawn Is horrible with full of spurges and some weeds. I had them since 2022. I paid lot of money but never was successful. I did complain to them and they said they will take care of it to get better but not. I emailed them about the issues this summer but they ignored me. I’m going to get the new sods next year for $1300. They saw our negative reviews and they never apologized or said anything to us. They ignored us. Very interesting!

AAA Lawn Care is the best. My previous lawn care service guy retired years ago and researched companies to recommend to his customers and AAA Lawn Care was the one! They are very knowledgeable and attentive to any thing going on with my lawn. They will return for free additional application or spot treatment of weeds after initial treatment if weeds are not gone. Customer service is excellent. They are very polite and concerns are addressed in a timely fashion. I am very pleased! (and as a side service, they do amazing Christmas lights on my house!!)

Great team. Always prompt and friendly communication from the office team. The technicians are very respectful and flexible.

We have used AAA for several years now and the lawn has never looked better. We additionally use the bug care service and Issac does an awesome job killing the fleas, ticks and spiders. They always call ahead and I appreciate that.

I am a relatively new customer to AAA Lawncare this year, but thus far I’ve loved absolutely everything about them. Having been loyal to a competitor for several years I just wasn’t seeing the same results anymore from them so I did some research. After a bit of research I found AAA Lawncare, they came highly recommended from several people, and making the decision to switch to AAA Lawncare was the best decision I could’ve possibly made for my lawn and my home. I would highly recommend AAA Lawncare anyone looking for a thorough and effective lawn care treatment company. My grass has never been greener in the history of owning my home, then since transition to AAA Lawncare. They’ve done some magic to my lawn that I haven’t seen in many years!!

Called for mole help. Was never told I have to have other services from this company to get it. 460 a season later. All because my neighbor suggested them. Now she’s getting mole treatment from this company, and my and my neighbors property are worse than they were. The woman that answered the phone never told me about having to have multiple services from them, and the person who measured, and was the salesnman even admitted he didn’t use their company services or stuff!!! I was hoping to have help being disabled and all, but I guess not. Don’t waste a phone call!!!

We had their lawn service and ant service… neither worked .. they kept telling us that we need to give it time for their system to work. Well after 2 seasons with them our lawn still looks bad( I think worse than when we started) and we continue to have an ant issue. They are inconsistent and do not show up on time and when they do show up, do not do what they were hired to do. We finally had it with them what waste of more than 2k we have spent with them

Used this company for the first time this year. Not impressed. Called with concerns, manager called back and basically said our yard looks this bad and it is our own fault and to water more. I politely told him we have a sprinkler system and water 2 times a day. He wanted pictures, sent pictures never heard from again after sending several emails Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

After giving them a second chance last year, they once again burned our lawn. See pictures below to see where the tire tracks are. Was told to water it in and it would go away. Not the point of the service and It didn’t go away last year after watering extra. Extremely frustrated and will be looking for a new service next year! Not to mention the worker approaching our vehicle in the driveway to sternly tell us to water more. Very unprofessional.

2 years in a row they burnt my lawn with their chemicals by spraying on extremely hot and dry days. Both times I questioned their decision to spray that day and they assured me everything would be fine. This year my weeds were worse than ever. I canceled my service over it and rather than try to make it right, they threatened to send my $40 balance to collections. Not nice people, and their product is no good either.

I was with AAA for 3-4 years. Initially they killed the weeds I needed killed so I could mow a larger area. That was year 1. After that their service steadily declined. After applications there were always a lot of weeds still. The grass never looked healthy or like it was actually treated with anything. I discontinued my service with them and I have had much better results applying my own fertilizers and lawn treatments and I do not know what I am doing. I do not recommend this lawn service.
