Never heard back from them

No response

I waited 2 months after my estimate to have the work completed. I was given a date to have it done. I asked if they could come 2 days after the date they gave me so I could be home. They said they would make that work for me. I sat at home on my only day off and waited. When I finally called them to see what time they were coming they said they didn’t think they would make it today but they would call me back! Never heard from them. I would not recommend this company. I understand everywhere is short on help and I would have accepted this as a reason if they have even called to tell me that but instead I was ignored. Poor communication! My time is valuable as well!

Will never use a business that is unAmerican like they are.

Terrible service and way over priced I could have paid some one alot less to leave ruts in my yard top notch suck.

Awful service. They showed up randomly almost 2 months after I originally contacted them (without a phone call or any other attempt to schedule the work). While I was at work they trimmed my tree, seriously damaged my fence, put a hole in my neighbors' garage roof, and tore up their front lawn. Because they hadn't contacted me to let me know they were coming, this mess was the only indication that someone had been on my property. Worse, they didn't contact me afterwards to let me know that they had caused any damage. I was left wondering who had broken into my yard and torn the place up. It was only when I got a bill from them in the mail (for the full amount - no mention of any damage) that I realized what had happened. Who knows what other damage they might have done to my roof that I'm yet to find. A terrible experience.
