Pest X Michigan

I had pest x set up for services on a Thursday morning. He quoted me a reasonable price. The evening before I was finalizing details like how he would like to be paid, check, card...etc. He calls me to report he had a family emergency. I was accepting of this, no problem... hoped everyone was ok, we can reschedule. I called him the following week to reschedule. No response, after waiting several days. I got a different company. Confusing! I sure hope he was not using family emergency as a way to avoid saying he did not want to do the job.

Its been over 2 months since our service and we are happy to say we have been wasp free since! We had nests in our walls and couldn't even use our back porch unless it was the winter, we would get attacked! We are very happy and thank you again for your excellent work!

Louis is my preferred pest control provider. He’s done an excellent job for us since we moved here 3 years ago.

I called Pest X based on their positive reviews and I am so thankful I did! Louie responded to my inquiry within minutes and I instantly felt better about the situation after speaking with him. They quickly got me on their schedule and less than 24 hours after I called the yellow jackets were no longer sharing my home :) The techs Lou and Eric were professional, kind and very thorough throughout the entire process, from estimates to explaining the game plan to applications. They gave me tips on how to prevent future issues and the pricing was incredibly reasonable. Louie (the owner) made sure to emphasize that he guarantees his work, even telling me to call his cell over the weekend if I notice any issues and he’ll come out free of charge! Wow! I’m so impressed that I inquired about their other services and decided to do seasonal pest control because I absolutely want to support a stand-up company like this! Thank you Louie and Eric for helping us navigate this stressful and frightening wasp experience! My son (and cat - ha!) enjoyed watching you work from the kitchen window and told me you guys are the best for making our yard and home safe again :)

Louie was very good at his job! After first treatment I have had no bites! Its been great sleeping again. Its safe and highly effective. I am very pleased and recommend this company.

I want to say thank you to the professional at Pest- X Michigan. I had a bed bug issue that would not go away. I hired a local well known company and they could not solve my problem.
