I called the property management company I rent from after hours when a raccoon got into my basement. They told me it wouldn’t get taken care of until the morning when they opened but 15 minutes later Jim texted me and got to my house within the hour. So thankful he was able to come and help us on short notice and later in the evening. He came back to cap the chimney the next morning and made sure there was no other way critters could get it. Will be recommending Jim and this company to anyone with similar issues!

Jim was fantastic in coming to my house quickly. When other companies said it would be weeks, he was here within 24 hours. Helping removing an eastern Yellowjacket nest from my basement drop down ceiling. He removed the Yellowjackets quickly and filled the entry hole outside while spraying preventive spray along the entire outside of my house, all for cheaper than competition. Highly recommend!
