If I could give 0 stars I would. We hired them back in 2022 for a bat issue. When they came to install installation and ridge guards in the attic, they only put the installation. We called them multiple times after their was still bat issues. Took at at least 2 weeks for a returned phone call. When they came back they told us oh ooopps only half the service was completed. We have been with Orkin for many years now. While there service has been acceptable, we are concerned that for the last 1 1/2 - 2 years we have had a different service person on every treatment appointment. We were used to the person we had and it was nice when they came because they knew what to do depending on the season. Now we have to explain all that needs to be done at every service. It started with the person being 20 minutes late for an 8am-10am appt they showed at 1020. I had explained on the phone that the ants were in my roof beams yet the person didn’t bring a ladder. I had explained that I was looking for a local person from Hart MI and they said they had some one yet this person came from montague. I asked if they were going to apply a barrier around the outside of the home and he said if that’s what I wanted. I explained that is what the operator said you would do.
