Had the absolute best experience! Customer service is 10/10. I highly recommend them for their services. We had termites a few years ago (still no sign of more) - they came same day and took care of our issue. And this summer we had a huge wasp nest in our porch. Again, same day service and no issues since. Shop local. They are great people.

Moerman Pest Control has been great to work with! Ryan was very informative and made sure to check in on the issue when treating the inside of our house for beetles. Ending up going with the seasonal package and after two treatments, we have noticed a significant reduction in spiders (and other bugs) around our property.

Moerman Pest Control has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. We had two different types of bugs in our house….one looked like it might be termites. Ryan had me take a photo and send it to him. He was able to reassure me that they were ants. He took care of our issue very quickly and checked in to make sure we were happy customers. I don't understand the glowing reviews. Maybe we just slipped through the cracks. Last year they skipped a whole month and never came out. Even though I paid for the whole year. We asked them to call before they came out which they almost never did. I think their scheduling needs more work. This year they never sent an offer to pay for a whole year so perhaps they are tired of us as a customer as well. I think I'll just spray it myself from now on.

Ryan really went out of his way and did a great job at our family cottage. We were having some issues with termites and carpenter ants. Ryan was very diligent and came back a couple times to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend this company.

After spying some ginormous and creepy spiders in and around my house, I reached out for what I was hoping would be an instant fix and THANK GOODNESS they were able to come out that same day to spray!! I have yet to see anymore spiders since the visit and can now sleep peacefully at night!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I didn’t get their service because after leaving a message, talking to someone twice and being told I’d be contacted back to schedule and never was! I wanted to try them due to previous reviews and because they’re super close to me, but 3 attempts on my part to set it up is really annoying.

If you go with this company, be careful. I would suggest you not sign a contract with them until they arrive to do the work. We signed, they did not show up within the time frame promised. So we tried to cancel due to their lack of follow through. We were then threatened with legal action by the salesman. Instead of the owner calling us to work things out, he also called and threatened us with legal action. In the end we allowed them to come and we paid them but only to get them to go away. If a company is willing to risk their reputation for 880 dollars then you have to wonder about their integrity.

Highly recommend this business. We had carpenter ants this Spring and Ryan called me back the same day and offered to look at the issue that day too. Very quick, honest, and he has always been very responsive when I have a bug question (and I had several b/c I'm paranoid). We signed up for the Spring/Summer season and have been very impressed. Family owned too which we support over national chains when possible. Wouldn't hesitate to call again next year and use their services again.

I would highly recommend Moerman Pest control. When we called Ryan responded right away. He came to our house the same day to inspect the problem and give us a quote. Their pricing was extremely fair. They were able to come and treat for ants within the next two days. Ryan was so professional and has even called back a couple time to personally make sure everything was taken care of and that we were satisfied with our results. If given the opportunity we love to support local family owned businesses and this one is top notch!
