Mike’s Pest and Termite Control is our go-to now for home service. Both the initial inspection and today’s setup and service were exceptional. Both Luis (inspector) and Tony our service Technician thoroughly explained things all along their way. They both ensured we understood what they were doing and explained their findings when completed. Both gentlemen were very friendly, professional and very helpful. My wife and I learned things from both gentlemen. It was great learning the background, cause and prevention for the pests and termites so we’ll know what to look for and describe things more correctly if we need to call between service visits. Both gentlemen are top notch representatives for Mike’s and are experts in their field. We truly appreciate their care and concern for our home and their excellent customer service. Roy from Mike Pest and Termite Control has been my pest control expert for a couple of years. Always providing excellent service: asking about & successfully addressing my issues with ants & spiders, available to treat inside at a separate time if I’m not home. Definitely would recommend Roy and other pest experts at Mike’s Pest Control and Termite Control.

Recently we had Mike’s termite and pest and wildlife come out and take care of our squirrel issue in our attic and they sent their Wildlife Control technician out, George was very professional and neat, he explained thoroughly was he was going to do and keep me updated every day and when there were no squirrel sitings he closed it up and put up a flange and it turned out great!!!! 5 ⭐️ highly recommended this company for any issues you may be having at your house with pest.
Our inspector, Avery, was extremely knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never pressured us into making a quick decision. He respected that I wanted time to think through our options, which I really appreciated. His professionalism and integrity stood out, and it made us feel confident in the process. I highly recommend Avery!
We love Mikes services and appreciate having Brandon as our repeat technician. I’m sure everyone else is fine, but I would be sad if one day Brandon didn’t show up! As far as service professionals go, Brandon has by far been the most courteous I’ve ever encountered and makes maintaining our continuous relationship with Mikes a no brainer.

Christian was knowledgeable and honest…I think that really covers everything. Angie is on it! She’s efficient and likes to get the job done! I even got a call from Mike, the owner, making sure that I had been contacted and scheduled. Very pleased with the company thus far.
I recently had Avery come out to provide an estimate for mole control in my yard, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Avery was incredibly professional and courteous. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explained the options clearly, and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. His respectful demeanor and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend Avery for anyone needing mole control services. The company does great work and provides great customer service. Our service tech Roy is always very friendly and courteous. He went the extra mile during his last visit by bringing up our trash can from the curb and dropped off a holiday card!

Had a great experience with Mike’s Pest crew! Everyone in the company is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We recently moved into a new home and wanted to do some preventative care and with their Bi monthly service/price, we couldn’t pass it up! Luis, Steve and Tony, thank you so much for your work so far!
Terrible customer service and ownership. They don’t honor your requested days, show up whenever they choose to, don’t call to let you know they aren’t coming and charged me after I did prepay and it took time to get that resolved. They decided that we were no longer a good fit for Each other as I questioned them too often. Cheaper is not better
This was my second time using Mike’s Pest Control and Steve was absolutely amazing! He removed a huge hornet’s nest quickly and safely, explained the whole process, and made me feel at ease. The company used a photo I sent of the nest and its location to give me a very fair estimate before the job. Couldn’t ask for a more professional job — highly recommend! 🦸🐝🎉
Had a termite infestation. Contracted Mike to take care of the issue which it seems he did. Who knows, never came back to check. Paid for the service to come check and refill traps set around house each year. I received the invoice yet nobody had shown up. I called and was told they would call at a later date to schedule after receiving payment. I paid the invoice on 3/25. $400. No call. It is now 6/9. I suppose I am supposed to call back to schedule after they take the money for services they did not render yet. I will take up with owner, but this is ridiculous. This is why I do not trust pest treatment services.
Horrible service be aware of any subscription they tell you about they don’t work your better off buying your own repellent that actually works
I was thoroughly impressed with Luis from Mike's Pest and Termite Control. He was highly knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to conduct a detailed inspection of both the interior and exterior of my home. He quickly identified key problem areas and pinpointed the pests causing the issues. His attention to detail and proactive approach truly stood out. Although the price was beyond my budget, I would have proceeded with the service had it been more within my financial reach. That said, I highly recommend the company, as I believe you get what you pay for, and with pest control, quality service is essential.
We paid for services for outdoor insect control and were very dissatisfied with the technicians who treated our house perimeters. We had more bugs all summer long and saw no improvement. Have used many other pest control companies and we did see results but they were often understaffed. Cancelled future treatments.
Regularly comes to house and spends only five minutes placing granules down or with backpack blower to spray insecticide. Placed termite traps but never checked them. Spent +$95 each time for a year without a change in technique. Dusted occasionally. Never replaced sticky traps after the first visit. Had to subsidize with my own yard chemicals. I believe I was treated as an afterthought by my technician as I am tracking he lives near me, so stopped by on the way home.
Cannot wait for the contract to end

Hi Mr. Goins, we have left you several messages regarding your service and agreement with us and we have not heard back. We are reasonable, and want to come to a resolution but are unable to do that if we can't make contact. In regards to your concerns, we are regulated by the Maryland Department of Agriculture, and we are only able to apply the amount of product that is legally allowed. While we understand that you were previously buying multiple gallons of retail general use pesticides, the professional-grade regulated products we use are concentrated and stronger, requiring less product to be used on your home. When you are ready to discuss your agreement and service, we would love for you to return our call at 301-960-8100.
At $200 & it gives me only a 30 day warrantee - I won't be using you again!
Still not happy. I requested that your guy comes after 3PM and received an email confirmation of such but still got a call befoe 9am saying he would like to come now. I really need you all to get on the same page with your customers request.
